2.2. Installation Steps
- Prepare your motherboard: Identify the correct mounting holes for your CPU socket (Intel 115X/1366/2011/1700/1200 or AMD AM4/AM5). Install the appropriate backplate if required by your motherboard.
- Apply thermal paste: Apply a small, pea-sized amount of thermal paste to the center of your CPU's integrated heat spreader (IHS). Use the provided spatula to spread it evenly if necessary.
- Mount the pump: Secure the CPU pump block onto the CPU, aligning it with the mounting holes. Use the correct standoffs and hand-tighten nuts for your platform. Ensure even pressure.
- Install the radiator and fans: The fans are pre-attached to the radiator. Mount the radiator to an available fan mount location in your PC case (e.g., top, front, or rear), ensuring proper airflow direction.
- Connect cables:
- Connect the pump's USB cable to an available USB header on your motherboard to power the LCD display.
- Connect the PWM fan cables to the CPU_FAN or AIO_PUMP headers on your motherboard.
- Connect the ARGB cables from the fans to a compatible ARGB header on your motherboard or an ARGB controller for lighting effects.
- Cable Management: Route all cables neatly to ensure optimal airflow and a clean build.

This diagram visually represents the PWM intelligent temperature control regulation system, showing how fan and pump speeds automatically adjust in response to CPU temperature changes for efficient cooling.
3.3. Cooling Performance
- High-Performance Pump: The pump can reach a maximum speed of 4850 RPM, with a minimum flow rate of 2500ml/min, ensuring efficient coolant circulation.
- Outstanding Cooling Effect: The 240mm fans have a maximum speed of 2200 RPM and a maximum airflow of 71.69 CFM, enhancing heat dissipation.
- Low Noise Level: The system is designed to operate quietly, with a noise level of 33.7 dB.

This image showcases the two 240mm fans of the liquid cooler, highlighting their low noise level (≤ 33.7 dB-A), maximum rotation speed (2200 RPM), and maximum airflow (71.69 CFM).
4. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and efficiency of your VEVOR CPU Liquid Cooler.
- Dust Cleaning: Periodically clean the radiator fins and fan blades to prevent dust buildup, which can impede airflow and reduce cooling performance. Use compressed air or a soft brush.
- Inspect Tubing: Check the braided tubing for any signs of kinks, leaks, or damage. While the IR-EPDM tubing is durable, regular inspection is recommended.
- Thermal Paste: Reapply thermal paste if you ever remove the pump from the CPU. Over time, thermal paste can dry out, affecting heat transfer.
- System Monitoring: Regularly monitor CPU and GPU temperatures via the LCD display or system software to ensure the cooler is performing optimally.
5. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your VEVOR CPU Liquid Cooler, consider the following common troubleshooting steps:
- High Temperatures:
- Ensure fans are spinning and pump is operating (check for vibrations or sound).
- Verify proper thermal paste application and pump contact with the CPU.
- Check for dust buildup on the radiator.
- Confirm fan and pump cables are securely connected to the motherboard headers.
- No LCD Display:
- Ensure the USB cable from the pump is securely connected to a powered USB header on the motherboard.
- Check motherboard BIOS settings for USB power delivery.
- Excessive Noise:
- Check if fan blades are obstructed or hitting cables.
- Ensure all mounting screws are tightened evenly.
- Verify fan and pump speeds are being controlled by PWM correctly (check system software).
If issues persist after following these steps, please contact VEVOR customer support for further assistance.
