  1. Choose Installation Position: You can choose to install the rear camera inside your vehicle (e.g., on the rear window) or outside (e.g., near the license plate).
  2. Mount the Camera: Secure the rear camera using the provided adhesive tape or screws.
  3. Route the Cable: Carefully route the rear camera extension cable from the rear camera to the main dash cam unit. Ensure the cable is tucked away and does not interfere with vehicle operations.
  4. Connect to Reversing Lamp (Optional): To enable the reversing assist function (if supported by your vehicle and the dash cam), connect the rear camera's red cable to the positive wire of your vehicle's reversing lamp. Warning: Due to varying vehicle models, professional assistance is recommended for this step. This method is for reference only.
  5. Connect to Main Unit: Plug the rear camera cable into the AV-IN port on the main dash cam unit.

4.3 Memory Card Insertion

The dash cam supports 16-64GB memory cards, C10 high-speed cards are recommended. A 128GB TF card is included with this package.

  1. Ensure the dash cam is powered off.
  2. Insert the TF card into the designated memory card slot until it clicks into place.
  3. To remove, gently push the card in until it springs out.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Power On/Off

  • The dash cam will automatically power on and begin recording when connected to vehicle power and the engine starts.
  • It will automatically power off when the vehicle engine is turned off and power supply is disconnected.
  • You can also manually power on/off by pressing and holding the power button.

5.2 Loop Recording

The dash cam features seamless loop recording. When the memory card reaches its full capacity, the oldest unlocked files will be automatically overwritten by new recordings, ensuring continuous recording without manual intervention.

5.3 G-Sensor (Collision Detection)

The built-in G-sensor automatically detects sudden impacts or collisions. When an event is detected, the current video segment is automatically locked and saved to a protected folder, preventing it from being overwritten by loop recording. This ensures critical footage is preserved.

5.4 Parking Monitoring

When the dash cam is in parking mode (requires continuous power supply via hardwire kit or external battery), it will automatically start recording if motion or impact is detected while your vehicle is parked. This provides surveillance and protection for your vehicle 24/7.

6. Settings and Important Tips

6.1 Time Setting

In video standby mode, long press the "OK" button to enter the time setting menu. In the setting menu, select "date/time" to set the correct date and time.

6.2 Reset Hole

If the machine crashes or the buttons become unresponsive, making it unusable, press and hold the power button for 10 seconds to force a restart. Alternatively, use a pointed object to insert into the "R" (Reset) hole to reset the device. After resetting, it can be used normally.

6.3 Memory Card Tip

The dash cam supports 16-64GB memory cards, specifically C10 high-speed cards. The included 128GB TF card is compatible. Video playback can be done directly on the dash cam or by inserting the memory card into a card reader and viewing on a computer. If you need a card reader, it must be purchased separately.

6.4 Format Memory Card

If the gravity sensing function is enabled, it is recommended to format the memory card approximately every 15 days. This is because continuous G-sensor events during driving can lock numerous video files, potentially filling the card and preventing new recordings. To format the memory card, navigate to the system settings and select "Format".

6.5 Battery Tip

The built-in battery is small (150mAh) and can only hold a charge for 3-5 minutes. It is primarily used for saving time and system settings. Please use the original car charger for continuous power during operation.

7. Maintenance

  • Keep the dash cam and lenses clean. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe away dust or smudges.
  • Avoid exposing the device to extreme temperatures, direct sunlight for prolonged periods, or high humidity.
  • Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the device yourself. This may void the warranty and cause damage.
  • Regularly check the memory card for errors and format it as recommended to ensure optimal recording performance.

8. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your dash cam, please refer to the following common solutions:

  • Dash Cam Not Powering On: Ensure the car charger is securely connected to both the dash cam and the vehicle's power outlet. Check if the vehicle's power outlet is functioning.
  • Recording Stops or Freezes: Format the memory card regularly. Ensure you are using a C10 high-speed TF card. If the issue persists, try a different compatible memory card.
  • Buttons Unresponsive / Device Frozen: Use the reset hole or hold the power button for 10 seconds as described in Section 6.2.
  • Poor Video Quality: Clean the camera lenses. Ensure the protective film has been removed from the lenses. Check settings to confirm recording resolution is set to 1080P.
  • Parking Monitor Not Working: Verify that the dash cam is receiving continuous power (e.g., via a hardwire kit, not included).

If these steps do not resolve the issue, please contact customer support.
