6. Troubleshooting
- Device not powering on:
Ensure the power cable is securely connected. Check the power source (USB cable or motorcycle battery connection). If using the internal battery, ensure it is charged. - No recording:
Verify that a compatible microSD card is inserted and properly formatted. Check the loop recording settings in the menu. Ensure the device is not in pause mode. - Poor GPS signal:
Ensure the GPS module is installed in an open area without obstructions. Check the GPS status in the settings menu. - TPMS alerts are incorrect or not showing:
Ensure TPMS sensors are correctly installed and paired. Check TPMS settings and thresholds in the menu. - WiFi connection issues:
Verify the correct WiFi network name and password. Ensure no special characters are used in the WiFi password. Restart the dash camera and your phone's WiFi. - Screen display problems:
Check screen brightness settings. Remove any protective film that might be causing visual distortion. - Buttons on wired controller not responding:
Ensure the wired controller is securely connected to the main unit. If the phone is connected to WiFi, the wired controller cannot be operated. Disconnect WiFi to regain control.
