Setup and Assembly
Assembly requires two adults and approximately 1-2 hours. All necessary tools are included. Follow these steps carefully.
- Prepare the Area: Choose a level outdoor surface with adequate clearance (at least 6 feet around the entire structure). Ensure the ground is suitable for anchoring.
- Assemble the A-Frames: Connect the upper (Part 9) and lower (Part 10) leg frames using the provided bolts and nuts. Repeat for all four leg sections to form two A-frames.
- Attach Crossbars: Secure the crossbars (Part 11) between the lower sections of each A-frame.
- Connect Top Bars: Join the long (Part 1), medium (Part 2), and short (Part 3) top bars. Ensure swing hangers (Part 4) are correctly oriented.
- Attach A-Frames to Top Bar: Carefully lift and attach the assembled A-frames to the ends of the top bar assembly. Secure with bolts and nuts.
- Install Basketball Hoop: Attach the basketball hoop support bar (Part 8) to the main frame. Then, secure the backboard (Part 5), rim (Part 6), and net (Part 7).
- Assemble Glider: Connect the glider seats (Part 19) to the seat supports (Part 17) and handlebars (Part 18). Attach the connecting rod (Part 21) and pivot points (Part 22). Mount the assembled glider to the designated hangers on the main frame.
- Attach Swings:
- Saucer Swing: Attach the saucer swing ropes (Part 14) to the saucer swing seat (Part 15) and then to the main frame hangers. Adjust height as desired.
- Belt Swing: Attach the belt swing (Part 12) to the main frame hangers. Adjust height as desired.
- Rope Swing: Attach the rope swing (Part 13) to the main frame hanger. Adjust height as desired.
- Secure with Ground Anchors: Drive the four metal ground anchors (Part 23) 13.5 inches into the ground at the base of each A-frame leg. Ensure the swing set is stable and does not wobble.
- Final Inspection: Double-check all bolts, nuts, and connections to ensure they are tight. Apply soft silicone screw covers to any exposed sharp edges. Verify that all swings are securely attached and move freely.
Operating Instructions
Ensure children understand how to use each component safely under adult supervision.
- General Use: Only one child per swing seat (belt swing, rope swing). The saucer swing can accommodate multiple children if within the weight limit and used appropriately. The glider is designed for two children.
- Swinging: Encourage children to sit properly on the swings. Avoid twisting chains or ropes, and do not allow children to stand on the swings.
- Glider: Children should sit facing each other, holding onto the handlebars, and push off the ground with their feet to initiate movement.
- Rope Swing: Children should grip the rope firmly with both hands and use their feet to climb or swing.
- Basketball Hoop: Use a soft, lightweight ball. Ensure children do not hang on the rim or net.
- Exiting Swings: Instruct children to wait until the swing has come to a complete stop before dismounting.

Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safety of your swing set.
- Monthly Inspection: Check all nuts, bolts, and connections for tightness. Tighten as necessary. Inspect all ropes, chains, and seats for signs of wear, fraying, or cracking.
- Rust Prevention: The frame is powder-coated for rust resistance. However, inspect for any chips or scratches in the paint that could lead to rust. Touch up with rust-inhibiting paint if needed.
- Cleaning: Clean the frame and plastic components with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
- Ground Anchors: Periodically check that ground anchors remain firmly embedded. Re-secure if they become loose.
- Winter Storage (Optional): In areas with harsh winters, consider disassembling and storing the swing set indoors to prolong its life.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Swing set wobbles after assembly. | Not all bolts are tightened; ground anchors not fully secured; uneven ground. | Ensure all bolts are securely tightened. Drive ground anchors fully into the ground. Relocate to a more level surface if necessary. |
| Parts do not align during assembly. | Incorrect orientation of parts; manufacturing tolerance. | Review the assembly diagram carefully. Try rotating parts or gently wiggling to align holes. If parts are genuinely incompatible, contact customer support. |
| Swings do not move smoothly. | Friction at hangers; damaged chains/ropes. | Check swing hangers for obstructions. Ensure chains/ropes are not twisted. Inspect for damage and replace if necessary. |
| Rust spots appear on the frame. | Scratches in powder coating exposing metal. | Clean the rust spot, sand lightly, and apply rust-inhibiting paint. |
