  • Using the Swings: Children should sit centered on the belt swing, holding onto the ropes firmly. Encourage gentle swinging initially.
  • Using the Trapeze Bar: Children can hang from the trapeze bar to build upper body strength. Ensure they have a secure grip before letting go of the ground.
