2. Important Safety Information

4. Assembly Instructions

This shelving unit features tool-free assembly. Follow these steps for quick and easy setup.

1. Install Footpads: Screw the 4 adjustable footpads (G) into the bottom of the 4 bottom poles (Tube A).
2. Attach Clips to Bottom Poles: Take 8 halves of the plastic clips. Ensure the arrow on each clip points upwards. Snap two halves together around each of the 4 bottom poles (Tube A) at your desired height for the first shelf. Make sure they click securely.
3. Mount First Shelf: Slide one wire shelf (Mesh D) down over the 4 bottom poles (Tube A) until it rests firmly on the installed plastic clips.
4. Extend Poles: Insert the 4 middle poles (Tube B) into the top of the bottom poles (Tube A).
5. Attach Clips to Middle Poles: Repeat step 2 for the next shelf. Snap 8 halves of plastic clips around each of the 4 middle poles (Tube B) at your desired height for the second shelf.
6. Mount Second Shelf: Slide another wire shelf (Mesh D) down over the 4 middle poles (Tube B) until it rests firmly on the installed plastic clips.
7. Repeat for Remaining Shelves: Continue steps 4-6 for the remaining shelves and middle poles until all 6 shelves are in place. The top poles (Tube C) will be the final pole sections.
8. Add PP Sheets: Place one PP sheet on each mesh layer if desired, to provide a flat surface and prevent small items from falling through.
9. Attach Hooks: The hanging device (Hooks F) can be attached to the side of any shelf as pictured, providing additional storage for smaller items.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Adjustable Shelf Height

The shelves can be adjusted to meet various storage needs. To adjust a shelf's height, remove all items from the shelf. Carefully lift the shelf off its clips. Remove the plastic clips from the poles, reposition them at the desired height, ensuring they click securely, and then place the shelf back onto the clips. Ensure all four clips for a single shelf are at the same height for stability.

5.2 Weight Distribution

To maintain stability and prevent damage, distribute the weight of items evenly across each shelf. Avoid placing all heavy items on one side or concentrating weight in the center of a single shelf. The maximum weight capacity for the entire unit is 600 pounds.
