1. Safety Information

Always read and understand all safety warnings, instructions, illustrations, and specifications provided with this power tool. Failure to follow all instructions listed below may result in electric shock, fire, and/or serious injury.

• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) including eye protection, hearing protection, and gloves.
• Keep children and bystanders away while operating the tool.
• Do not operate power tools in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of flammable liquids, gases, or dust.
• Avoid unintentional starting. Ensure the switch is in the off-position before connecting to battery pack, picking up or carrying the tool.

• Use the tool only with specifically designated battery packs. Use of any other battery packs may create a risk of injury and fire.
• Maintain the tool and its accessories. Check for misalignment or binding of moving parts, breakage of parts, and any other condition that may affect the tool’s operation.
• Always disconnect the battery pack before making any adjustments, changing accessories, or storing power tools.

3. Assembly

Follow these steps to assemble your MZK 3-in-1 tool:

3.1 Attaching the Blower Tube

1. Align the blower tube with the outlet on the main unit.
2. Push the tube firmly until it clicks into place. Ensure it is securely fastened.

3.2 Attaching the Vacuum Tube and Collection Bag

1. To switch to vacuum mode, first remove the blower tube by pressing the release button and pulling it off.
2. Attach the vacuum tube to the main unit's intake port. Ensure it clicks securely.
3. Connect the 35L collection bag to the exhaust port of the unit. The bag is designed to be easily detachable for emptying.

3.3 Adjustable Handle

The handle features an adjustable angle for user comfort and to accommodate different operating positions. Press the red button near the handle pivot point to adjust the angle, then release to lock it in place.

4. Setup

4.1 Battery Charging

The MZK 3-in-1 tool uses 40V Lithium-ion batteries. Before first use, fully charge both batteries. A full charge typically takes approximately 4 hours.

1. Remove the battery from the tool by pressing the release button and sliding it out.
2. Connect the charger to a power outlet.
3. Insert the battery into the charger. The indicator lights on the battery will show the charging status.
4. Once fully charged, disconnect the battery from the charger.

4.2 Battery Installation

To install the battery:

1. Align the battery with the battery slot on the tool.
2. Slide the battery into the slot until it clicks securely into place. Ensure it is fully seated.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Powering On/Off

To power on the unit, press and hold the safety button (if present) and then pull the trigger. To turn off, release the trigger. The tool features a lock-on button to maintain continuous operation without holding the trigger, which can be disengaged by tapping the trigger again.

5.2 Speed Control

The MZK 3-in-1 tool is equipped with a 2-speed control for varying power needs. Use the speed selector button to switch between low and high settings. The high setting provides 550 CFM air volume and 150 MPH air speed for maximum performance.

5.3 Switching Between Blower, Vacuum, and Mulcher Modes

The tool is designed for easy conversion between its three functions:

• Blower Mode: Attach the blower tube to the main unit's outlet.
• Vacuum/Mulcher Mode: Remove the blower tube. Attach the vacuum tube to the intake and the collection bag to the exhaust. The internal brushless motor mulches debris as it is vacuumed into the bag.

6. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your tool.

• Cleaning: After each use, disconnect the battery and clean the tool. Remove any debris from the air intake, blower/vacuum tubes, and the collection bag.
• Checking for Clogs: Periodically inspect the vacuum tube and impeller area for any obstructions, especially when vacuuming damp leaves or larger debris. Always ensure the tool is off and the battery is removed before checking for clogs.
• Storage: Store the tool in a dry, secure location away from children. Remove the battery pack before storing for extended periods.
