Setup and First Use

  1. Unpack: Remove all packaging materials, stickers, and labels from the appliance.
  2. Clean: Wash the air fryer basket and any removable parts in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the exterior of the appliance with a damp cloth.
  3. Placement: Place the air fryer on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from walls or other appliances to allow for proper air circulation.
  4. Power: Ensure the appliance is unplugged before placing the basket.
  5. Initial Run (Optional): For the first use, it is recommended to run the air fryer empty for about 10 minutes at 350°F (175°C) to burn off any manufacturing residues. A slight odor may be present, which is normal.

Operating Instructions

General Operation

  1. Prepare Food: Place ingredients into the air fryer basket. Do not overfill.
  2. Insert Basket: Slide the basket firmly into the air fryer until it clicks into place.
  3. Power On: Plug the appliance into a standard electrical outlet. The power button will illuminate.
  4. Set Temperature and Time:
    • Press the power button to turn on the display.
    • Use the temperature controls (usually '+' and '-') to adjust the cooking temperature (up to 400°F).
    • Use the time controls (usually '+' and '-') to set the cooking duration.
  5. Start Cooking: Press the start/pause button to begin the cooking cycle.
  6. Shake Reminder: For certain foods, the air fryer may beep to remind you to shake the basket for even cooking. Carefully remove the basket, shake, and reinsert.
  7. Auto Shut-Off: The appliance will automatically shut off when the timer reaches zero.
  8. Remove Food: Carefully pull out the basket using the handle. Use heat-resistant tongs to remove cooked food.

Care and Maintenance

Proper cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your air fryer.

  1. Unplug and Cool: Always unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
  2. Cleaning the Basket: The nonstick basket and any removable parts are dishwasher-safe. Alternatively, wash them in warm, soapy water using a non-abrasive sponge.
  3. Cleaning the Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the air fryer with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scourers.
  4. Cleaning the Interior: If necessary, wipe the interior with a damp cloth. For stubborn food residue, a small amount of mild dish soap can be used, followed by wiping with a clean, damp cloth. Ensure the interior is completely dry before next use.
  5. Storage: Store the air fryer in a dry, clean place when not in use.

Troubleshooting
