4. Setup

1. Charge the Device: Before first use, fully charge the water flosser using the provided Type-C charging cable. The charging port is located on the device.
2. Extend the Water Tank: Gently pull the water tank downwards to extend it from the main unit.
3. Fill the Water Tank: Open the water inlet cap on the top of the tank and fill it with lukewarm water. Close the cap securely.
4. Insert Nozzle: Select your desired nozzle (Standard, Sensitive, or Orthodontic) and insert it into the nozzle port on the top of the device until it clicks into place.

5. Operating Instructions

1. Select Mode: Press the 'Mode' button to cycle through the available cleaning modes: Sensitive, Normal, Strong, and Sterilize. The indicator light will show the selected mode.
2. Position the Nozzle: Lean over a sink and place the nozzle tip into your mouth, aiming the water jet at your gumline at a 90-degree angle.
3. Start Flossing: Press the 'On/Off' button to start the water flow. Keep your mouth slightly open to allow water to drain into the sink.
4. Guide the Water Jet: Move the nozzle along your gumline, pausing briefly between teeth. Ensure to clean both the front and back surfaces of your teeth.
5. Finish: When finished, press the 'On/Off' button to turn off the device. Empty any remaining water from the tank.

Operating Modes:

• Sensitive Mode: Gentle cleaning for sensitive gums or first-time users.
• Normal Mode: Regular daily cleaning.
• Strong Mode: For deep cleaning with high water pressure.
• Sterilize Mode: Activates the UVC light for sanitization (see Maintenance section).

6. Maintenance

1. Daily Cleaning: After each use, remove the nozzle and empty any remaining water from the tank. Rinse the tank and nozzle with clean water. Allow them to air dry completely before reassembling or storing.
2. UVC Sanitization: To thoroughly sanitize the tank, pipes, and nozzles, select the 'Sterilize' mode. The UVC light will operate for a smart 90-second cycle. It is recommended to use this feature every 7 days or as needed.
3. Deep Cleaning the Tank: The extra-large, detachable water tank can be easily removed for thorough cleaning. Pull the tank down and then gently pull it apart from the main body with slight force. This wide-mouth design makes it easy to clean and dry, preventing water buildup and ensuring hygiene.
4. Prevent Clogging: The built-in filter helps prevent clogging. Regularly check and clean the filter if necessary to ensure optimal performance.

7. Troubleshooting

• No Power: Ensure the device is fully charged. Connect the Type-C charging cable and allow it to charge for at least 4 hours for a full charge.
• Weak Water Pressure: Check if the water tank is sufficiently filled. Ensure the nozzle is securely attached and not clogged. Clean the filter if necessary.
• Water Leakage: Ensure the water tank is properly seated and the water inlet cap is tightly closed. Check if the nozzle is correctly inserted.
• Device Not Turning On: If the device does not respond, try charging it. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
