4.3 Air Supply Hoses
- 33ft White Air Supply Hose: Provides long-distance air delivery from the blower unit.

5. Setup and Assembly
Follow these steps to correctly assemble your PAPR system.
- Connect the 33ft white air hose to the blower unit: Securely attach the larger white air supply hose to the air outlet port on the PAPR blower unit.
- Attach the 20-inch black hose to the white hose: Connect one end of the shorter black flexible hose to the free end of the 33ft white air supply hose.
- Connect the black hose to the gas mask: Attach the other end of the 20-inch black flexible hose to the 40mm standard thread interface on the full-face mask. Ensure a tight and secure connection.
- Plug in the blower to power on: Connect the power cable to the blower unit and then plug it into a suitable power outlet. The system is now ready for operation.

6. Operating Instructions
Once assembled, follow these steps for safe operation.
- Don the Full-Face Mask: Place the full-face mask over your head, ensuring the soft silicone seal fits snugly around your face. Adjust the 6-point headband and mesh head strap for a comfortable yet secure fit.
- Power On the Blower Unit: With the power cable connected, turn on the blower unit using the designated switch. You should immediately feel airflow into the mask.
- Adjust Airflow: Use the stepless airflow adjustment control on the blower unit to set the desired air volume. Adjust until breathing feels comfortable and the mask remains clear of fogging.
- Perform a Seal Check: Before entering a contaminated area, perform a positive or negative pressure seal check according to standard respirator procedures to ensure no air leakage.
- Monitor Operation: During use, periodically check the airflow and the integrity of all connections.
- Power Off: When finished, turn off the blower unit and carefully remove the mask.
