5. Setup

5.1 Initial Charging

  2. Connect the small end of the USB charging cable to the USB Charging Port (E) on the device.
  3. Connect the larger end of the USB cable to a standard USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port.

5.2 Attaching Silicone Nasal Covers

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Powering On/Off

  • To turn on: Press and hold the Power Button (D) for 2-3 seconds. The red lights will illuminate.
  • To turn off: Press and hold the Power Button (D) again for 2-3 seconds. The red lights will turn off.

6.2 How to Use

  1. Ensure the device is charged and silicone nasal covers are attached.
  2. Turn on the device.
  3. Gently insert the silicone-covered red light emitters into your nostrils. Ensure a comfortable fit.
  4. Use the device for approximately 15 minutes per session. The device may have an automatic shut-off feature after a set duration.
  5. After use, remove the device and turn it off.
