Understanding Water Color Changes
The device utilizes the principle of electrolysis, a chemical reaction that breaks down water into oxygen and hydrogen. These gases are attracted by the metal array parts, leading to an oxidation reaction. The resulting water color is a combination of this oxidation reaction and any substances present in the water or released from the feet. It is important to note that the color change is primarily due to the interaction of the array with the water and salt, not solely from "toxins" leaving the body.

Maintenance and Cleaning
- After Each Use: Discard the used basin liner and the water.
- Clean the Basin: Wipe the foot bath basin with a damp cloth and mild soap. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before storage.
- Clean Ion Arrays: After several uses, the ion arrays may accumulate residue. Use the provided Arrays Cleaning Powder according to its instructions to clean the arrays. This typically involves soaking them in a solution. Rinse arrays thoroughly after cleaning.
- Store Properly: Ensure all components are dry before storing them in the portable handbag. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Troubleshooting
- Device Not Powering On: Ensure the power adapter is securely connected to both the device and a working electrical outlet. Check if the power switch is in the "ON" position.
- No Ion Activity (No Bubbles/Color Change): Verify that the ion array(s) are properly submerged in water and connected to the control panel. Ensure sufficient salt has been added to the water to facilitate conductivity. Clean the arrays if they appear heavily soiled.
- Heated Belt Not Working: Check if the heated belt is securely plugged into the "BELT" interface and if the belt function is activated on the control panel.
- Display Issues: If the LED display is not functioning correctly, try restarting the device by powering it off and on. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
