3. Setup and Installation

This Daminy ceiling fan is designed for easy DIY installation, typically taking around 20 minutes. Detailed instructions and a video guide are provided to assist you.

Installation Steps:

1. Prepare the Mounting Bracket: Loosen two screws on the fan motor assembly, rotate, and remove the mounting bracket.
2. Install Canopy Housing: Remove the three larger pre-locked screws from the motor. Install the canopy housing onto the motor.
3. Attach Fan Blades: Secure each fan blade to its holder using the provided screws. Then, attach the blade assemblies to the motor.
4. Install Light Panel: Carefully install the LED light panel into the motor with a rotating motion. Connect the wire terminals.
5. Attach Lamp Shade: Rotate the lamp shade into the lamp tray until secure.
6. Mount to Ceiling: Install the mounting bracket to your ceiling junction box. Connect the fan wires to the power supply wires (black to black, white to white, ground to ground) using wiring caps.
7. Connect Receiver: Connect the receiver to the fan wiring. Place the receiver into the mounting plate.
8. Hang the Fan: Hang the fan motor assembly onto the hook of the mounting bracket.
9. Secure Canopy: Remove the fan from the hook. Fix the canopy housing L-slot to the bracket screws and lock the 4 screws to secure the fan to the ceiling.

4. Operating Instructions

Your Daminy ceiling fan can be controlled using the included remote control or a mobile phone application (requires Bluetooth support).

Remote Control Functions:

• Power On/Off: Turn the fan and light on or off.
• Fan Speed: Select from 6 fan speeds (Levels 1-2: Low Comfortable wind, Levels 3-4: Medium Natural wind, Levels 5-6: High Cooling wind).
• Light Control: Turn the light on/off, adjust brightness (10%-100% dimmable), and change color temperature (6CCT: 2700K/3000K/3500K/4000K/5000K/6000K).
• Night Light Mode: Activates a low-brightness setting suitable for nighttime.
• Timer: Set the fan to turn off automatically after 1, 2, 4, or 6 hours.
• Reverse Function: Switch between Summer Mode (downward airflow) and Winter Mode (upward airflow) to optimize air circulation.

• Cleaning: Periodically wipe the fan blades and motor housing with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Blade Inspection: Check fan blades for any signs of damage or warping.
• Tighten Screws: Ensure all screws on the fan blades and mounting bracket remain tight.

6. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your Daminy ceiling fan, refer to the following common solutions:

• Fan Not Operating: Check the circuit breaker and ensure all wiring connections are secure. Verify the remote control batteries are functional.
• Light Not Working: Ensure the light is turned on via the remote. Check wire connections to the LED panel.
• Excessive Wobble: Ensure all blade screws are tightened. Check that the mounting bracket is securely fastened to the ceiling.
• Noise: Verify all screws are tight. Ensure no wires are rubbing against the fan housing.
