5. Setup

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Control Panel Overview

  1. Operation Indicator: This light is ON when the machine is in the start-up state.
  2. TEMP Indicator: This light flashes when the temperature is being adjusted. It becomes constant when the actual heat sealing temperature reaches the set value.
  3. Start & Stop Button: Press to start or stop the sealing process.

  3. Set Speed: Press the SPEED button and use the Adjusting Knob to set the desired sealing speed (up to 6m/min).
  4. Start Sealing: Press the Start button. The conveyor belt will begin to move.
  5. Feed Bag: Carefully feed the open end of the bag into the heating zone, ensuring it is as horizontal as possible. The machine will automatically pull the bag through for sealing.
  6. Date Printing (Optional): If date printing is required, ensure the type wheel is correctly set up before starting the sealing process.
  7. Retrieve Sealed Bag: Once the bag exits the sealing area, carefully remove it. Be cautious of residual heat.
  8. Stop Operation: To stop the machine, press the Stop button.
