8. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your Greenery G2500, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
8.1 Unit Not Turning On
- Check Battery Level: Ensure the unit has sufficient charge. If the battery is depleted, connect it to a power source.
- Power Button: Press and hold the main power button for a few seconds to ensure it's properly activated.
- Temperature: The unit may not turn on if the ambient temperature is outside its operating range. Allow it to return to a suitable temperature.
8.2 No Output from Ports
- Activate Output: Ensure the specific output section (AC, USB, DC) is turned on by pressing its respective button.
- Overload Protection: If the connected device exceeds the port's or unit's maximum output, the overload protection may activate. Disconnect the device and restart the output.
- Cable Connection: Verify that cables are securely connected to both the power station and the device.
8.3 Slow Charging or No Charging
- Charging Source: Ensure the charging source (wall outlet, solar panel, car charger) is functioning correctly and providing adequate power.
- Cable Integrity: Check charging cables for damage.
- Solar Conditions: For solar charging, ensure panels are in direct sunlight and free from obstructions.
- Adjustable Input Power: Verify the input power setting is not set too low (refer to Section 5.5).
8.4 Fan Noise During Solar Charging
- During solar charging, especially in fluctuating light conditions (e.g., dawn or dusk), the unit's internal components may make clicking or fan noises as it adjusts to varying input. This is generally normal behavior to protect the device. Ensure stable solar input for consistent operation.
If the problem persists after attempting these solutions, please contact customer support.
