VEVOR Macerating Sewage Pump User Manual
Model: FLO300
Product Overview
The VEVOR Macerating Sewage Pump (Model FLO300) is a powerful and efficient solution designed for wastewater management in various household and commercial settings. Equipped with a 350W copper motor, it offers a maximum flow rate of 6000 L/h and a maximum head lift of 7 meters (23 feet), making it ideal for basements, kitchens, showers, and other areas where traditional gravity drainage is not feasible.
This pump is engineered for durability and hygiene, featuring an oil-injected motor for enhanced heat resistance, allowing it to withstand continuous 75°C water and 90°C water for up to 4 hours. The integrated silver ion water tank provides effective antimicrobial properties, inhibiting bacterial growth and preventing odors, ensuring a low-maintenance experience.

Setup and Installation
Proper installation is crucial for the optimal performance and longevity of your VEVOR Macerating Sewage Pump. Please follow these guidelines carefully.
Connection Requirements:
- The unit is designed for horizontal toilets with a standard European 18 cm outlet at the center of the floor outlet.
- All other inlets (e.g., from sinks, showers, washing machines) must be gravity-fed into the unit.
- The unit comes standard with a 32 mm connection; a 22 mm reducer can be used if needed.
- The pump features three integrated water inlets, providing sufficient capacity for various appliances. Blanking covers are provided for unused inlets.
Piping Guidelines:
- Always use radius bends for piping. Do not use 90-degree (right-angle) elbows, as this can lead to blockages.
- If the water outlet is discharged horizontally, the discharge pipe must have a minimum inclination of 1%.
- If wastewater is discharged upwards, the horizontal pipe section after the vertical rise should not exceed 30 cm.

Operating Instructions
The VEVOR Macerating Sewage Pump operates automatically when wastewater enters the unit. Observe the following for safe and effective operation:
Thermal Protection:
This appliance is equipped with thermal protection that will cut off the power supply for approximately 2 hours in case of overheating. This is a safety feature. Only reconnect the appliance once the installation is complete and the unit has cooled down.
Temperature Limits:
Do not expose the appliance to temperatures below 0°C (32°F) or above 50°C (122°F) for continuous operation. The motor is designed to resist continuous 75°C water and 90°C water for 4 hours.

Proper Use and Prohibited Items:
Use the macerating pump only for human excrement and soluble toilet paper. Damage to the unit due to improper use is not covered by the warranty.
Do NOT flush or allow the following items to enter the unit:
- Cotton, tampons, sanitary towels, panty liners
- Food waste
- Condoms
- Towels, hair
- Rinsing liquids, solvents, or oils
In case of prolonged absence (e.g., holidays), the water supply to the appliance should be turned off.
Maintenance
The VEVOR Macerating Sewage Pump is designed for minimal maintenance. Its specially designed silver ion water tank effectively inhibits bacterial growth and prevents odor generation, with an inhibition rate of up to 99%. This feature allows for long-term use without the need for frequent cleaning of the tank itself.
