1. Introduction

2. Safety Information

Your safety is paramount. Always adhere to the following safety guidelines:

  • Electrical Safety: Ensure the electrical outlet used is properly grounded and rated for the charger's specifications (NEMA 14-50 for 240V, standard 120V outlet for Level 1). Do not use damaged outlets or extension cords.
  • Product Integrity: Do not use the charger if the cable, plug, or charging unit is damaged. Contact customer support for assistance.
  • Environmental Conditions: The charger is IP67 waterproof and NEMA 3S-rated for outdoor use. However, avoid submerging the unit in water or exposing it to extreme temperatures beyond its operating range.
  • Children and Pets: Keep the charger and cables out of reach of children and pets during operation and storage.

4. Setup

Follow these steps to set up your Ampure Go 2 charger:

  1. Select Power Adapter: Choose the appropriate power adapter (120V or 240V NEMA 14-50) based on the available electrical outlet. The 240V NEMA 14-50 adapter provides Level 2 fast charging.
  2. Connect Adapter: Securely attach the selected power adapter to the main charging unit. Ensure it clicks into place firmly.
  3. Plug into Outlet: Insert the power adapter into the corresponding electrical outlet. The charger's indicator light should illuminate, indicating it is powered on.

5. Operating Instructions

To charge your NACS-compatible electric vehicle:

  1. Connect to Vehicle: Open your vehicle's charging port and firmly insert the NACS connector from the Ampure Go 2 charger. Ensure a secure connection.
  2. Initiate Charging: Once connected, the charger will automatically begin the charging process. The indicator light on the charging unit will change to reflect the charging status (e.g., solid blue or green).
  3. Monitor Charging: You can monitor the charging progress through your vehicle's display or mobile application.

6. Maintenance
