Setup and First Use
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the air fryer and all packaging materials. Ensure all parts are present: main unit, cooking basket, and crisping tray.
- Cleaning: Before first use, wash the cooking basket and crisping tray thoroughly with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. The basket and tray are dishwasher safe. Wipe the inside and outside of the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
- Placement: Place the air fryer on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from walls or other appliances to allow for proper air circulation. Ensure there is at least 4 inches of clear space on all sides and above the unit.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet (120V, 60Hz).
- Initial Run (Optional): For the first use, it is recommended to run the air fryer empty for about 10-15 minutes at 400°F to burn off any manufacturing residues. A slight odor may be present, which is normal and will dissipate.
Operating Instructions
General Operation
- Prepare Food: Place your ingredients into the cooking basket. For best results, do not overfill the basket.
- Insert Basket: Slide the cooking basket firmly back into the main unit until it clicks into place.
- Set Temperature: Turn the temperature control dial to your desired cooking temperature (175°F to 400°F).
- Set Timer: Turn the timer dial to the desired cooking time (1 to 30 minutes). The air fryer will begin heating immediately. The power indicator light will illuminate, and the heating indicator light will turn on when the heating element is active.
- Cooking Process: During cooking, the heating indicator light may cycle on and off as the air fryer maintains the set temperature.
- Shaking (Optional): For even cooking, especially with smaller items like fries, pull out the basket halfway through the cooking time and gently shake the contents. Then, reinsert the basket. The air fryer will resume cooking.
- Completion: When the timer reaches zero, the air fryer will automatically shut off, and a bell will sound. The power indicator light will remain on until unplugged.
- Remove Food: Carefully pull out the cooking basket using the handle. Place the basket on a heat-resistant surface. Use tongs to remove cooked food.
- Cool Down: Allow the air fryer to cool completely before cleaning or storing.

Cooking Tips
- For crispy results, lightly brush or spray food with oil.
- Smaller items usually require shorter cooking times.
- Preheating the air fryer for 3-5 minutes can improve cooking results for some foods.
- Do not fill the basket beyond the MAX fill line to ensure proper air circulation and even cooking.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Regular cleaning will help maintain the performance and longevity of your air fryer.
- Unplug and Cool: Always unplug the air fryer from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Clean Basket and Tray: The non-stick cooking basket and crisping tray are dishwasher safe. Alternatively, they can be washed by hand with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. Do not use metal utensils or abrasive cleaning materials, as this may damage the non-stick coating.
- Clean Interior: Wipe the interior of the air fryer with a damp cloth or non-abrasive sponge. For stubborn food residue, a small amount of mild dish soap can be used.
- Clean Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the air fryer with a damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Storage: Ensure all parts are clean and dry before storing. Store the air fryer in a cool, dry place.
