4. Add Water Leak Sensors:

   • Select the 'Water Leak' option and click the '+' icon to add a new device.
   • Press the 'TEST' button on each water detector. The app will detect and add the device. Repeat for all sensors.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Alarm Modes and Settings

Each sensor has three customizable warning settings within the app:

• Normal Mode (Disarm): When the gateway is in Disarm mode, the sensor will not trigger an alarm.
• Sos Mode: The gateway will respond in any mode when the sensor alarms, suitable for emergency calls.
• Home Mode (Arm): When the sensor alarms, the gateway will respond according to both arming modes.

Additional settings available in the app include volume levels (0-120dB), scheduled alerts, and delayed alarms.

5.2. Placement and Monitoring

5.3. Testing the Sensors

To ensure proper functionality, regularly test your sensors:

1. Press the 'TEST' button on the sensor. The sensor should emit a warning tone and its LED should light up.
2. Alternatively, place the sensor on a wet surface or in a small amount of water to trigger the bottom probes. The sensor should alarm, and if connected to the app, you should receive a notification.

6.1. Battery Replacement

The WD71 water sensors are powered by AAA batteries. The app will provide low-battery alerts. To replace batteries:

4. Close the sensor casing securely.
