Setup

1. Placement: Place the refrigerator on a flat, stable surface away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit. Allow at least 10 cm (4 inches) of space on the back and sides for proper air circulation.

2. Leveling: Use the adjustable feet at the bottom of the unit to level the refrigerator. Proper leveling is crucial for efficient operation and to prevent vibrations.

3. Door Reversal (Optional): The door hinge can be adjusted for right or left opening to suit your space. Refer to the detailed instructions in the separate door reversal guide (if provided) or contact customer support for assistance.
4. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wipe the interior and exterior of the refrigerator with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly.
5. Power Connection: Plug the refrigerator into a dedicated, grounded electrical outlet. Allow the unit to stand upright for at least 2-4 hours before plugging it in to allow the refrigerant to settle.

Operating Instructions

Temperature Control

The refrigerator features an adjustable thermostat with 7 settings to control the temperature of both the fridge and freezer compartments.

• Fridge Temperature Range: 33.8°F to 50°F (1°C to 10°C)
• Freezer Temperature Range: -11.2°F to 6.8°F (-24°C to -14°C)

Turn the thermostat dial to your desired setting. Higher numbers indicate colder temperatures. For initial setup, it is recommended to start at a medium setting (e.g., 4) and adjust as needed based on food load and ambient temperature.

Storage Organization

The refrigerator is designed with various storage options for optimal organization:

• Removable Glass Shelves: These shelves can be adjusted or removed to accommodate items of different heights.

Maintenance

Cleaning

• Always unplug the refrigerator before cleaning.
• Clean the interior with a solution of mild detergent and warm water. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Wipe down the exterior with a soft, damp cloth.
• Clean the door gaskets regularly to ensure a proper seal.
• Vacuum or brush the condenser coils at the back of the unit periodically (at least twice a year) to maintain efficiency.

Defrosting

This refrigerator features a manual defrost system for the freezer compartment. Frost buildup can reduce cooling efficiency.

1. Unplug the refrigerator.
2. Remove all food items from both compartments. Store frozen items in a cooler to prevent thawing.
3. Leave the freezer door open to allow frost to melt naturally. You can place towels at the bottom to absorb water.
4. Do not use sharp objects or heating devices to speed up defrosting, as this can damage the unit.
5. Once defrosted, clean and dry the interior thoroughly before plugging the unit back in and returning food.
