Setup and Installation
The Larimuer Fingerprint Fridge Lock offers two installation methods: adhesive or screw-based. Choose the method best suited for your application.
Installation Steps (Adhesive Method)
- Clean the Surface: Locate the desired installation area and thoroughly clean the surface to ensure it is dry and free of dust or grease.
- Apply Primer (Optional, for enhanced adhesion): If desired, use an adhesion promoter wipe (not included) on the cleaned surface for stronger bonding. Allow to dry completely.
- Prepare the Lock: Tear off the protective film from the self-adhesive pads on both parts of the lock.
- Attach the Lock: Carefully align and firmly press each part of the lock onto the prepared surface for a few seconds.
- Curing Time: Allow 48 hours after installation for the adhesive to fully bond and ensure maximum load-bearing capacity (up to 40kg).
Installation Steps (Screw Method)
- Position the Lock: Place the lock components in the desired positions on the surface.
- Mark Drill Points: Use a pencil to mark the screw holes on the surface through the designated points on the lock components.
- Drill Pilot Holes: Carefully drill pilot holes at the marked points.
- Secure with Screws: Use the provided screws and an electric screwdriver to securely fasten both parts of the lock to the surface.

Operating Instructions
The fingerprint lock supports up to 20 registered fingerprints for convenient access.
Initial Fingerprint Enrollment (First Two Fingerprints)
For the first-time setup, you must register two fingerprints to activate the lock.
- Activate Enrollment: Long press the fingerprint sensor until the blue light turns on, then lift your finger.
- Register First Finger: Place your first finger on the sensor and lift it 10 times continuously, moving your finger slightly to capture different angles. The green light will flash 10 times and then stop, indicating successful registration of the first fingerprint.
- Register Second Finger: Repeat the process with a different finger (your second finger). Place it on the sensor and lift it 10 times continuously, moving it to capture various angles. The green light will flash 10 times and then stop, indicating successful registration of the second fingerprint.
- The lock is now ready for use with the registered fingerprints.
Adding Additional Fingerprints
After the initial two fingerprints are set, you can add up to 18 more fingerprints (total of 20).
- Verify with Registered Finger: Place any already registered finger on the sensor until the green light flashes once, indicating successful verification.
- Activate Enrollment: Immediately after verification, long press the fingerprint sensor until the blue light turns on, then lift your finger.
- Register New Finger: Place the new finger on the sensor and lift it 10 times continuously, moving your finger slightly to capture different angles. The green light will flash 10 times and then stop, indicating successful registration.
- Repeat for any additional fingerprints you wish to add.

Troubleshooting
- Fingerprint Not Recognized: Ensure your finger is clean and dry. Try repositioning your finger on the sensor. If multiple attempts fail, use a different registered finger or the emergency USB key.
- Low Battery: The lock will indicate a low battery with a red light. Recharge the device using the provided Type-C cable. If the battery is completely depleted, use the emergency USB key to unlock and then recharge.
- Cannot Add Fingerprints: Ensure you are following the correct enrollment procedure, including the initial two-fingerprint setup. If the blue light does not appear, the lock might be in an unlocked state or require a reset via the emergency USB key.
- Accidental Deletion of Fingerprints: If all fingerprints are accidentally deleted (e.g., after using the emergency USB key), you will need to re-enroll the first two fingerprints as per the initial setup instructions.
