Setup
1. Unboxing
Carefully remove the watch from its packaging. Inspect the watch for any visible damage. The watch comes in a protective box.

2. Initial Winding
As an automatic watch, it is powered by the motion of your wrist. However, for initial setup or after a period of inactivity, it is recommended to manually wind the watch.
- Ensure the crown is in position 0 (fully pushed in).
- Rotate the crown clockwise approximately 30-40 times. This will build up a sufficient power reserve to start the watch.
3. Adjusting the Strap
The watch comes with a leather strap. Adjust the buckle to a comfortable fit on your wrist. The strap should be snug but not overly tight, allowing for proper air circulation and comfort.

Operating the Watch

Crown Positions:
- Position 0 (Pushed In): Normal operating position. Hand-winding is possible by rotating clockwise.
- Position 1 (Pulled Out One Click): Used for setting the date and day of the week.
- Position 2 (Pulled Out Two Clicks): Used for setting the time. The seconds hand will stop (hacking feature).
Setting Time and Date:
- Set the Time: Pull the crown out to Position 2. Rotate the crown to move the hour and minute hands. Set the time to approximately 6:00 AM to avoid damaging the date mechanism during date changes. The seconds hand will stop, allowing for precise time setting.
- Set the Date and Day: Push the crown in to Position 1. Rotate the crown clockwise to adjust the date. Rotate the crown counter-clockwise to adjust the day of the week (weekly calendar).
- Final Time Adjustment: Pull the crown out to Position 2 again. Advance the time past 12:00 PM (noon) if necessary, observing when the date and day change to ensure AM/PM is correctly set. Set the exact current time.
- Push Crown In: Once the time, date, and day are set, push the crown fully back into Position 0.
Important: Avoid setting the date or day between 9:00 PM and 3:00 AM, as this is when the watch's internal mechanism is engaged in changing the date, and manual adjustment can cause damage.
Sun and Moon Subdial:
The subdial at the 6 o'clock position indicates AM/PM through a 24-hour display, showing a sun during the day and a moon during the night. This subdial automatically advances with the main time display.
Water Resistance:
This watch is water resistant to 30 meters (100 feet). This rating means the watch is suitable for splashes or brief immersion in water. It is not suitable for swimming, bathing, showering, or diving. Always ensure the crown is fully pushed in before any contact with water.
Maintenance
1. Cleaning
Wipe the watch case and crystal with a soft, dry cloth regularly to remove dust and fingerprints. For the leather strap, avoid excessive moisture and clean with a specialized leather cleaner if necessary.
2. Storage
When not wearing the watch, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and strong magnetic fields. A watch winder can be used to keep the automatic movement running if the watch is not worn for extended periods.
