Filling the Kettle (ProntoFill Technology)
The OVENTE Electric Kettle features innovative ProntoFill technology, allowing you to fill the kettle directly through the lid without opening it. This is designed for convenience and to prevent accidental burns or spills.
- Ensure the kettle is on its power base or a stable surface.
- Place the water faucet directly over the opening in the lid.
- Pour water into the kettle. The ProntoFill mechanism will allow water to enter while keeping the lid securely in place.
- Fill the kettle with the desired amount of water, observing the water level indicator on the side. Do not fill below the MIN line or above the MAX line.

Boiling Water
- After filling the kettle, place it firmly onto the power base.
- Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet.
- Press the On/Off switch located near the handle. The blue LED indicator light will illuminate, indicating that the kettle is heating.
- The kettle will begin to boil water rapidly due to its 1500W heating element.

- You can remove the kettle from its base for serving. The cordless design allows for easy pouring.
Note: The kettle features boil-dry protection. If the kettle is accidentally switched on without sufficient water, it will automatically turn off to prevent damage. Allow the kettle to cool down before refilling with cold water.
Concealed Cord Storage
The power base of your OVENTE Electric Kettle includes a convenient concealed cord storage feature to keep your countertop tidy when the kettle is not in use.
- Flip the power base upside down.

Descaling
Over time, mineral deposits (limescale) may build up inside your kettle, especially in hard water areas. This can affect performance and taste. Descale your kettle regularly (e.g., monthly or as needed).
- Fill the kettle with a mixture of 1 part white vinegar and 2 parts water.
- Bring the mixture to a boil.
- Let it stand in the kettle for at least 30 minutes, or longer for heavy build-up.
- Pour out the mixture and rinse the kettle thoroughly several times with fresh water.
- For stubborn deposits, you can gently scrub the interior with a non-abrasive brush or sponge after soaking.
- Alternatively, use a commercial descaling solution designed for electric kettles, following the product's instructions.
