3.1 Connecting the Dock to Your Laptop

3.2 Connecting External Monitors

  1. Connect your HDMI cables from your external monitors to the HDMI1 and HDMI2 ports on the docking station.

Important Note: Do not connect to the USB-C data ports of the dock to extend the display, as these ports do NOT support video output.

Important Note: Due to the limitations of Mac OS, this docking station is NOT compatible with MacBook, MacBook Air, or MacBook Pro for split screen functionality. Mac OS only supports Single-Stream Transport (SST) mode (AAA, ABB), and Multi-Stream Transport (MST) mode is not supported for extending displays.
