5. Installation
The T104M timer is designed for wall-mounted installation, typically within an appropriate outdoor enclosure (enclosure not included with the timer mechanism itself). Ensure all power is disconnected before beginning installation.
5.1 Wiring
Refer to the wiring diagram provided on the product or in the enclosure for specific connections. Generally, the timer requires connection to the line (power input) and load (device to be controlled) terminals. Ensure proper grounding.

6. Operation
The T104M timer allows for precise 24-hour scheduling of your electrical devices.
6.1 Setting the Current Time
- Pull the clock dial outward.
- Turn the dial in either direction to align the exact current time-of-day with the time pointer. The time pointer should not be moved.
- Push the dial back in to secure the setting.

6.2 Setting ON/OFF Cycles
The timer uses 'trippers' to activate and deactivate the connected device. The T104M supports up to 12 ON/OFF operations per day.
- Identify the green 'ON' trippers and the red 'OFF' trippers.
- Loosen the screws on the trippers slightly.
- Slide the trippers along the edge of the clock dial to the desired ON and OFF times.
- Tighten the screws firmly to secure the trippers in place.

7. Maintenance
The Cavusheo T104M timer is designed for durability and requires minimal maintenance. Periodically inspect the timer for any signs of wear, damage, or loose connections. Ensure the enclosure is clean and free from debris to prevent interference with the timer's operation. No internal lubrication or adjustment is typically required by the user.
8. Troubleshooting
If your device is not turning ON or OFF as scheduled, consider the following:
- No Power: Check the circuit breaker and ensure the timer is receiving power.
- Incorrect Time Setting: Verify that the current time is correctly aligned with the time pointer on the dial.
- Tripper Placement: Ensure the ON and OFF trippers are securely set at the desired times and are not loose.
- Motor Failure: If the gears behind the dial are not turning, the timer's motor may have failed and the unit requires replacement.
- Wiring Issues: Inspect all wiring connections for looseness or corrosion (ensure power is OFF before inspection).
