7. Maintenance

The Cavusheo T104M timer is designed for durability and requires minimal maintenance. Periodically inspect the timer for any signs of wear, damage, or loose connections. Ensure the enclosure is clean and free from debris to prevent interference with the timer's operation. No internal lubrication or adjustment is typically required by the user.

8. Troubleshooting

If your device is not turning ON or OFF as scheduled, consider the following:

  • No Power: Check the circuit breaker and ensure the timer is receiving power.
  • Incorrect Time Setting: Verify that the current time is correctly aligned with the time pointer on the dial.
  • Tripper Placement: Ensure the ON and OFF trippers are securely set at the desired times and are not loose.
  • Motor Failure: If the gears behind the dial are not turning, the timer's motor may have failed and the unit requires replacement.
  • Wiring Issues: Inspect all wiring connections for looseness or corrosion (ensure power is OFF before inspection).
