Setup
Follow these steps to set up your heated blanket:
- Unpack: Carefully remove the heated blanket and controller from its packaging.
- Inspect: Check the blanket, power cord, and controller for any signs of damage. Do not use if damaged.
- Connect Controller: Ensure the controller cable is securely plugged into the blanket's connector.
- Placement: Lay the blanket flat on a bed, sofa, or chair. Ensure the control unit is placed on a flat, stable surface where it will not be covered.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet. Ensure the connection is snug.

Operating Instructions
Your heated blanket features a user-friendly controller with multiple heat settings and an automatic shut-off function.
- Power On/Off: Press the power button on the controller to turn the blanket on or off.
- Adjust Heat Settings: Use the control buttons to cycle through the 5 available heat settings. The indicator lights on the controller will show the selected heat level (1 being the lowest, 5 being the highest).
- Automatic Shut-Off: The blanket is designed with a 3-hour automatic shut-off timer for safety and energy conservation. After 3 hours of continuous operation, the blanket will automatically turn off. To restart, simply turn the blanket off and then on again using the power button.

Maintenance
Proper care ensures the longevity and performance of your heated blanket.
- Before Cleaning: Always unplug the blanket from the wall outlet and detach the controller from the blanket. Allow the blanket to cool completely.
- Machine Washing: The blanket is machine washable. Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle.
- Drying: Tumble dry on low heat. Ensure the blanket is completely dry before reattaching the controller or storing.
- Do Not: Do not iron, bleach, or dry clean the blanket. These actions can damage the heating elements and fabric.
- Storage: When not in use, store the blanket in a cool, dry place. Avoid folding it tightly or placing heavy objects on it, which could damage the internal wiring.

Troubleshooting
If your heated blanket is not operating correctly, please refer to the following common issues and solutions:
- Blanket Not Heating:
- Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working electrical outlet.
- Verify that the controller cable is firmly connected to the blanket.
- Check if the automatic shut-off timer has activated (after 3 hours). Turn the blanket off and then on again.
- Ensure no other heating devices are being used simultaneously with the blanket.
- Controller Displaying Error Code:
- Unplug the blanket from the wall outlet for 5 minutes, then plug it back in.
- Ensure all electrical connections (wall outlet, controller to blanket) are secure and snug. Loose connections can sometimes trigger error codes.
- Uneven Heating:
- Ensure the blanket is laid flat and not bunched or folded during use, which can impede heat distribution.
If the problem persists after attempting these solutions, discontinue use and contact customer support.
