Important Safety Information

• Ensure all parts are present and undamaged before assembly. Do not use the chair if any parts are missing or damaged.
• Do not use power tools for assembly as this may overtighten screws and damage the chair components.
• Do not stand on the chair. Use it only for seating purposes.
• Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 300 pounds (136 kg).
• Regularly check all bolts and screws to ensure they are tight. Retighten as necessary to maintain stability.

Setup and Assembly

Assembly typically takes approximately 25 minutes. Follow these steps carefully.

1. Attach Caster Wheels: Push the five caster wheels firmly into the holes at the end of each leg on the chair base until they click into place.
2. Insert Gas Lift: Insert the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the assembled chair base.
3. Install Footrest Ring: Slide the footrest ring onto the gas lift cylinder. Adjust its height to your preference and secure it by tightening the knob on the side of the ring.
4. Attach Seat Plate: Secure the seat plate to the underside of the seat cushion using the provided screws. Ensure the front of the seat plate aligns with the front of the cushion.
5. Mount Seat: Carefully place the assembled seat onto the top of the gas lift cylinder.
6. Attach Backrest Support: Connect the backrest support frame to the back of the seat cushion using the designated screws.
7. Secure Backrest Cushion: Attach the backrest cushion to the backrest support frame.

Operating Instructions

Height Adjustment

To adjust the chair's height, use the lever located under the seat:

• To Raise the Seat: While standing, lift the lever. The seat will rise automatically.
• To Lower the Seat: While seated, lift the lever. Apply slight pressure to the seat, and it will lower to your desired height.

Footrest Ring Adjustment

The footrest ring can be adjusted to provide optimal leg support and comfort.

• Loosen the knob on the side of the footrest ring.
• Slide the footrest ring up or down to your desired height.
• Tighten the knob securely to lock the footrest in place.

Mobility

The chair features 360-degree swivel and wear-resistant caster wheels, allowing for easy movement across various floor types without causing damage.

Maintenance

Cleaning

• For daily cleaning, wipe the faux leather surfaces with a soft, damp cloth.
• For stubborn stains, use a mild soap solution and a soft cloth. Wipe dry immediately to prevent water damage.
• Avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or solvents, as these can damage the faux leather and other materials.

General Care

• Periodically check and tighten all screws and bolts to ensure the chair remains stable and safe.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to prevent fading and material degradation of the faux leather.
• Keep sharp objects away from the chair's upholstery to prevent punctures or tears.

Troubleshooting

Chair does not adjust height

• Ensure the gas lift lever is fully engaged.
• If lowering, ensure you are seated on the chair to activate the gas lift mechanism.
• If raising, ensure you are standing off the chair.

Chair is unstable or wobbly

• Check that all assembly screws are securely tightened, especially those connecting the seat plate and backrest.
• Ensure the chair base is properly seated on the gas lift cylinder.
• Verify that the caster wheels are fully inserted into the base.

Wheels do not roll smoothly

• Check for any debris (such as hair, dust, or small objects) caught in the caster wheels and remove them.
• Ensure the wheels are properly installed and fully seated in the chair base.
