Setup and Assembly

The JYMIPA Oscillation Standing Fan is designed for quick and tool-free assembly. Follow these steps to set up your fan:

  1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging. Verify that all components are present: fan head, adjustable column tubes (if applicable for height adjustment), base, and remote control.
  2. Assemble the Base: Attach the main column to the fan base. Ensure it is securely fastened.
  3. Adjust Height (Optional): If using as a standing fan, connect the adjustable column tubes to achieve the desired height (from 23.62 inches to 42.13 inches). For desktop use, the fan head can be directly attached to a shorter column or base.
  4. Attach Fan Head: Securely attach the fan head assembly to the top of the column.
  5. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions

Your JYMIPA fan offers various settings for personalized comfort. Control the fan using the integrated control panel on the unit or the included remote control.

  • Power Button: Press to turn the fan On or Off.
  • Speed/Mode Button: Cycle through the 8 available fan speeds and switch between the three operating modes:
    • Normal Mode: Provides consistent airflow with 8 adjustable speeds.
    • Baby Mode: Operates at a constant, ultra-quiet Speed 1, ideal for nurseries.
    • Sleep Mode: Gradually reduces fan speed from Speed 6 down to Speed 1 over time for undisturbed sleep.
  • Oscillation Button: Activates or deactivates the 90° horizontal oscillation feature. The fan head also allows for an 80° vertical tilt for precise airflow direction.
  • Timer Button: Set the fan to automatically turn off after a specified duration, up to 12 hours.

Maintenance

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and longevity of your JYMIPA fan.

  • Power Off and Unplug: Always ensure the fan is turned off and unplugged from the power outlet before performing any cleaning or maintenance.
  • Clean Exterior: Wipe the exterior surfaces of the fan with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Clean Front Grille: The front grille of the fan is detachable for easy cleaning. Gently twist or unclip the grille as per the design to remove it. Wipe the grille and fan blades with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth to remove dust and debris. Ensure all parts are completely dry before reattaching the grille.
  • Storage: If storing the fan for an extended period, clean it thoroughly, disassemble if desired, and store it in a cool, dry place, preferably in its original packaging.

Troubleshooting
