3. Setup
3.1 Eartip Selection and Fitting
Proper eartip selection and fitting are crucial for achieving the advertised Noise Reduction Rating (NRR) and optimal sound quality. The product includes both TRILOGY™ heat-activated memory foam eartips and triple silicone flange eartips.
- Memory Foam Eartips: Before inserting, roll the foam eartip between your fingers to compress it. Insert the compressed eartip firmly into your ear canal and hold it in place for a few seconds while the foam expands to create a seal.
- Silicone Eartips: Select the size that provides a snug fit without discomfort. Insert the eartip into your ear canal until a comfortable seal is achieved.
The earbuds feature automatically shaping ear hooks designed to fit securely around your ear. The thin wire connecting the earbuds is designed to be comfortable even when wearing shooting glasses.

3.2 Charging
The ISOtunes Sport ADVANCE BT 2.0 earbuds are USB-C rechargeable. Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the control module. A full charge provides over 15 hours of continuous audio streaming or up to 24 hours of tactical sound control. A 15-minute fast charge can provide an additional 2 hours of use.
3.3 Bluetooth Pairing
The earbuds utilize Bluetooth 5.4 with Low Energy (LE) and Auracast support. They also support dual Bluetooth pairing, allowing connection to two devices simultaneously. To pair, activate Bluetooth on your device and select 'ISOtunes Sport ADVANCE BT 2.0' from the available devices list.

5. Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and performance of your ISOtunes Sport ADVANCE BT 2.0 earbuds, follow these maintenance guidelines:
- Cleaning: Regularly clean the eartips and the earbud surfaces with a soft, dry cloth. For foam eartips, ensure they are dry before storage.
- Storage: Store the earbuds in their rigid zipper case when not in use to protect them from dust and physical damage. The magnetic earbuds help prevent tangling.
- Durability: The earbuds are built to last, tested to military drop/shock specifications (MIL-STD 810H) and feature an IP67 dust and water resistant rating. While durable, avoid unnecessary exposure to extreme conditions.
- Wind Filters: Use the included adhesive wind filters to optimize TSC performance in windy environments. Replace them as needed.
6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your ISOtunes Sport ADVANCE BT 2.0 earbuds, consider the following common solutions:
- No Power: Ensure the earbuds are fully charged using the provided USB-C cable.
- No Sound/Low Volume: Check the volume levels on both the earbud control module and your connected device. Ensure eartips are properly seated in your ear canal.
- Bluetooth Connectivity Issues: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the earbuds are in pairing mode. Try unpairing and re-pairing the device. Ensure no other devices are interfering with the connection.
- Tactical Sound Control Malfunction: Verify that the TSC feature is enabled. Check for any obstructions on the microphones.
- Distorted Audio: Ensure the earbuds are within Bluetooth range of your device. Check for physical damage or debris in the earbud speakers.
