3. Setup and Installation
Follow these steps to properly install your Gonetre UKC1 LCD Display on your electric bike or scooter.
- Prepare Handlebar: Ensure your handlebar has a diameter of 22.2mm for proper fitment. Clean the installation area.
- Mount the Display: Position the display panel on your handlebar. Use the provided screws, nuts, and washers to securely fasten the display bracket. Do not overtighten.
- Mount the Control Unit: Attach the separate control unit (buttons) to a convenient location on your handlebar, typically near the grip for easy access.
- Connect Cables: Connect the display panel's cable to the control unit's cable. Then, connect the main cable from the display/control unit to your electric bike's controller. Ensure the connector type matches (Communication Protocol No. 2).

Important Note:
The product uses communication protocol No. 2. It must be used with a controller that also supports communication protocol No. 2. Incompatibility will prevent the display from functioning correctly.
