1. Product Overview

2. Safety Information

• Weight Limit: Do not exceed the maximum weight recommendation of 600 pounds (272 kg).
• Assembly: Ensure the chair is properly and securely assembled according to the instructions to maintain stability and prevent injury.
• Reclining: When reclining the chair, do so slowly and with caution to avoid tipping or sudden movements. Ensure the chair is locked into position before resting.

4. Setup and Assembly Instructions

Assembly typically takes about 20 minutes. It is recommended to have an extra set of hands for certain steps, especially attaching the backrest.

Step 1: Attach Casters to the Base

1. Insert each of the 5 casters into the holes at the end of the chair base legs. Push firmly until they click into place.

Step 2: Install Gas Lift

2. Insert the larger end of the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the assembled chair base.

Step 3: Attach Mechanism Plate to Seat Cushion

3. Align the mechanism plate with the screw holes on the underside of the seat cushion. Ensure the front of the mechanism faces the front of the seat.
4. Secure the mechanism plate using the provided screws and Allen wrench. Tighten all screws firmly.

Step 4: Connect Seat to Gas Lift

4. Carefully place the assembled seat cushion onto the top of the gas lift cylinder. Press down firmly to ensure a secure connection.

Step 5: Attach Armrests

5. Attach the armrests to the sides of the seat cushion using the provided screws. Ensure they are oriented correctly.
6. Secure the armrests to the backrest using the remaining screws. This step may require two people for easier alignment.

6. Align the backrest with the armrests and the seat. Secure it using the remaining screws.

5. Operating Instructions

Height Adjustment

• To raise the chair: While seated, pull the lever located under the seat upwards. Lift your weight slightly off the seat. The chair will rise.
• To lower the chair: While seated, pull the lever upwards and apply pressure to the seat. The chair will lower.

Reclining and Rocking Function

• The chair features a 120-degree rocking function. To activate, pull the lever located under the seat outwards.
• To lock the chair in a reclined position, push the lever inwards at your desired angle.
• Adjust the rocking tension by turning the round knob located under the seat. Turn clockwise to increase tension (less rocking) and counter-clockwise to decrease tension (more rocking).

Adjustable Lumbar Support

• Locate the small squeezable handle (pump) on the side of the chair.
• Squeeze the pump multiple times to inflate the lumbar support to your desired firmness.
• To release air and decrease lumbar support, press the button on the pump.

Flip-Up Armrests

• The armrests can be flipped up to allow the chair to be pushed closer to a desk or for easier movement.

6. Maintenance and Care
