3. Setup Guide
- Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Keep the styrofoam packaging for potential use as insulation in colder environments.
- Assemble Egg Turning Mechanism: Place the egg turning tray into the base of the incubator. Ensure it is securely seated.
- Connect Power: Plug the power adapter into the incubator's power port and then into a suitable electrical outlet. The display will illuminate.
- Add Water: Locate the external water port on the side of the incubator. Use the provided spray bottle or a small container to add water to the water channels in the base. Do not overfill. This maintains humidity without opening the lid.
- Pre-heat: Allow the incubator to run for at least 20-30 minutes to stabilize the internal temperature and humidity before placing eggs inside.

5. Egg Incubation Guidelines
Refer to the Incubation Record Card for specific temperature and humidity parameters for different species. Below are general guidelines:
| Species | Incubation Days | Temperature (Days 1-18) | Humidity (Days 1-18) | Temperature (Days 19-21/Hatch) | Humidity (Days 19-21/Hatch) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Chicken | 21 | 38.0°C / 100.4°F | 55%-70% | 37.5°C / 99.5°F | 65%-85% |
| Duck | 28 | 37.8°C / 100.0°F | 60%-75% | 37.3°C / 99.1°F | 65%-85% |
| Quail | 18 | 38.5°C / 101.3°F | 55%-70% | 37.8°C / 100.0°F | 65%-85% |
Important Note: Always refer to the provided Incubation Record Card for the most accurate and up-to-date parameters for your specific egg type.
6. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and hygiene.
- Detachable Design: The incubator features a detachable design for easy cleaning. The base can be rinsed with water, and the top fan unit is also detachable.
- Cleaning: After each incubation cycle, disconnect the power. Remove the egg turning mechanism and the top unit. Clean all parts with a mild disinfectant and warm water. Ensure all components are completely dry before reassembly and storage.
- Silicone Cover: Use the small silicone cover to protect the motor shaft when cleaning the egg turning mechanism.

7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your incubator, consider the following common solutions:
- No Power: Ensure the power adapter is securely plugged into both the incubator and a working electrical outlet.
- Temperature Fluctuations: Verify the incubator is placed in a stable environment away from drafts or direct sunlight. Check that the lid is properly sealed. If using in cold weather, consider using the styrofoam packaging for added insulation.
- Humidity Issues: Ensure water levels in the external pot are adequate. Adjust the side-wall vent to control airflow and moisture retention.
- Egg Turning Not Working: Check that the egg turning mechanism is correctly assembled and connected. Perform a manual test using the 'Egg Turning Manual Test' button.
