- Remote Care: Keep the SolarCell™ Remote exposed to light periodically to maintain its charge. Avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures or moisture.
- Software Updates: Regularly check for and install software updates to ensure your TV has the latest features, security patches, and performance improvements. This can usually be done through the TV's settings menu.
- Ventilation: Ensure the TV and One Connect Box have adequate ventilation. Do not block any ventilation openings.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your TV, refer to the following common troubleshooting tips:
- No Power: Check if the power cable is securely connected to both the TV/One Connect Box and the power outlet. Ensure the outlet is functional.
- No Picture/Sound: Verify that the correct input source is selected. Check all HDMI and other connection cables between the One Connect Box and external devices.
- Remote Not Working: Ensure the remote is charged (expose to light or use USB-C). If it's still unresponsive, try re-pairing it as described in the Setup section.
- Network Connection Issues: Check your Wi-Fi router and internet connection. Try restarting both the router and the TV. For wired connections, ensure the Ethernet cable is properly connected.
- Picture/Sound Quality Issues: Adjust picture and sound settings in the TV's menu. Ensure external devices are outputting at optimal resolution and audio formats.
