Installation Guide

1. Soak Filter: Before first use, soak the activated carbon filter in water for 5 minutes to remove any carbon powder from the surface.

Troubleshooting

Weak Water Flow or No Water Flow

• Check Water Level: Ensure the water level in the fountain is above the minimum fill line.
• Clean Pump: The pump may be clogged with hair or debris. Disassemble and clean the pump thoroughly, including the impeller.
• Replace Pump Sponge: A saturated or dirty pump sponge can restrict water flow. Replace it with a new one.
• Replace Filter: A clogged activated carbon filter can impede water circulation. Replace it with a new one after proper soaking and rinsing.

Unusual Noises from Fountain
