3. Setup

3.1 Initial Winding

As an automatic mechanical watch, it requires initial winding if it has stopped or has not been worn for an extended period. To wind the watch:

1. Ensure the crown is in its normal, pushed-in position.
2. Rotate the crown clockwise approximately 20-30 times. This will provide enough power reserve to start the watch.
3. The watch will then continue to wind itself through the natural motion of your wrist while wearing it.

3.2 Setting the Time

To set the correct time:

1. Pull the crown out to the first click position.
2. Rotate the crown either clockwise or counter-clockwise to move the hands and set the desired time.
3. Once the time is set, push the crown back into its normal position to engage the movement and start the watch.

4.1 Wearing the Watch

For optimal performance, wear the watch regularly. The automatic movement relies on the motion of your arm to keep it wound. If the watch is not worn for an extended period (typically 36-48 hours), it may stop and require manual winding as described in Section 3.1.

4.2 Water Resistance

Your BOZLUN watch is rated 3ATM water resistant. This means it is protected against splashes, rain, and accidental immersion in water. It is not suitable for swimming, diving, showering, or any activities involving prolonged water exposure or high-pressure water.

• Do not operate the crown or pushers when the watch is wet or submerged.
• Ensure the crown is always fully pushed in to maintain water resistance.

5.1 Cleaning

To maintain the appearance of your watch:

• Wipe the case and strap with a soft, dry cloth regularly.
• For the silicone strap, a damp cloth with mild soap can be used, then rinse and dry thoroughly.
• Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, as these can damage the watch's finish.

5.2 Storage

When not wearing your watch, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and strong magnetic fields. Magnetic fields can affect the accuracy of mechanical movements.

6. Troubleshooting

• Watch Not Running: If the watch has stopped, manually wind it by rotating the crown clockwise 20-30 times (with the crown pushed in). If it still does not start, ensure it has been worn sufficiently to allow the automatic movement to wind.
• Time Inaccuracy: Mechanical watches may have slight variations in accuracy. If the watch is consistently running too fast or too slow beyond acceptable limits, it may require adjustment by a professional watchmaker. Avoid exposing the watch to strong magnetic fields.
• Water Inside the Watch: If you notice condensation or water droplets inside the watch, immediately take it to a professional watch repair service. Do not attempt to open the watch yourself.
