Important Safety Instructions

Please read and understand all instructions before using this product. Keep this manual for future reference.

• This product is not a substitute for responsible adult supervision.
• Keep all cords out of reach of children (at least 3 feet / 1 meter away) to avoid strangulation hazards.
• Never place the camera or monitor in or near water.
• Use only the AC power adapters provided. Using other adapters may damage the device.
• Do not block ventilation openings.
• This product is intended for indoor use only.
• The monitor operates on a 2.4GHz FHSS wireless signal. It is not Wi-Fi dependent and does not require an app.

Product Components

Your Firskids Baby Monitor package includes the following items:

• 1 x 5-inch Parent Unit (Monitor)
• 2 x Camera Units
• 2 x Power Adapters (for camera and monitor)
• 1 x Instruction Manual (this document)
• 1 x Wall Mounting Kit

Initial Setup

1. Charging the Parent Unit

Before first use, fully charge the parent unit for optimal battery performance. Connect the small end of one power adapter to the DC-in port on the parent unit and the other end to a power outlet. The battery indicator on the screen will show charging status.

2. Powering the Camera Units

Connect the small end of the remaining power adapters to the DC-in port on each camera unit and the other end to a power outlet. The cameras will automatically power on.

3. Camera Placement

Place the camera units in a location that provides a clear view of your baby or the area you wish to monitor. Ensure the camera is at least 3 feet (1 meter) away from the baby's crib or play area. The cameras can be placed on a flat surface or mounted to a wall using the included kit.

Operating Your Baby Monitor

Monitor Display and Controls

The 5-inch LCD screen on the parent unit provides a clear view of your monitored area. Use the buttons on the side and front of the parent unit to navigate menus and control features.

Pan-Tilt-Zoom (PTZ) Function

Remotely control the camera's viewing angle from the parent unit. Use the directional keys to pan the camera 320° horizontally and tilt it 120° vertically. The 2x zoom function allows for closer inspection of details.

Two-Way Talk

Press and hold the talk button on the parent unit to speak to your baby or anyone near the camera. Release the button to hear their response.

Automatic Night Vision

The camera automatically activates infrared night vision in low-light conditions, providing a clear black and white image of your baby without disturbing their sleep.

Temperature Monitoring

The integrated temperature sensor in the camera continuously monitors the room temperature and displays it on the parent unit. You will receive an alert if the temperature goes outside a preset range.

ECO Mode (Power Saving)

Activate ECO mode to conserve battery life. In this mode, the screen turns off and audio is muted when no sound is detected. The monitor will automatically activate when sound is detected, or you can press any button to wake it up. The parent unit can last up to 20 hours with the screen on and up to 32 hours in ECO mode.

Automatic Cycle Function (Dual Camera)

When using both cameras, you can enable the automatic cycle function. The monitor will automatically switch between the two camera feeds approximately every 15 seconds, allowing you to conveniently monitor two different areas or children.

Lullabies

The monitor includes 8 pre-programmed lullabies. You can play these remotely through the camera unit to soothe your baby.

Crying Alarm

The monitor features a crying alarm that can be set to different sensitivity levels (High, Mid, Low). When a cry is detected, the screen will activate and a red light will flash, alerting you to your baby's needs.

Care and Maintenance

• Clean the monitor and camera surfaces with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• If necessary, a slightly damp cloth can be used, but ensure no moisture enters the device openings.
• Keep the camera lens clean for optimal image quality.
• Store the unit in a cool, dry place when not in use.
• Avoid exposing the devices to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight.
