Setup
1. Charging the Device
Before first use, fully charge the pasta maker. Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the device and plug the other end into a suitable USB power adapter (not included). The device is equipped with two powerful batteries (3000 mAh total capacity) and has a power of 40 watts.
2. Assembling the Pasta Maker
- Ensure the device is turned off.
- Select the desired pasta or gnocchi attachment.
- Insert the chosen attachment into the end cap.
- Attach the dough tube to the main unit.
- Secure the end cap with the attachment onto the dough tube by twisting it clockwise until it is firmly in place.
Operating Instructions
1. Preparing the Dough
Prepare your pasta dough using desired ingredients such as pasta flour or durum wheat semolina. The dough should be firm but pliable, not too sticky or too dry. For best results, the dough should be kneaded well.

2. Making Pasta or Gnocchi
- Ensure the pasta maker is assembled with the desired attachment.
- Form your prepared dough into a cylindrical shape that fits into the dough tube.
- Insert the dough into the dough tube. Fill the tube to approximately 3/4 capacity.
- Position the pasta maker directly over a pot of boiling, salted water.
- Press the switch to begin extruding the pasta. The fresh pasta will be pressed directly into the boiling water.
- Once the desired length of pasta is extruded, release the switch. To retract the dough pusher and prepare for the next batch, press the switch again. Repeat the process until all dough is used.

- Immediate Cleaning: After use, turn off the device. Disassemble the dough tube, end cap, and attachments promptly.
- Dough Pusher: Wipe the dough pusher with a damp cloth. Do not rinse the main motor unit under water.
- Dough Tube, Attachments, and Screw Thread: Clean these parts under clear running water. Use a small brush if necessary to remove any dough residue from the pasta discs.
- Drying: Allow all cleaned parts to dry thoroughly before reassembling or storing.
- Storage: Store the pasta maker and its accessories in a dry, clean place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Its compact design allows for space-saving storage.
Note: The appliance is NOT dishwasher safe.
