2. Safety Information
Your GUENZO helmet is designed to meet DOT FMVSS 218 safety standards, providing crucial protection during motorcycle use. Always wear your helmet correctly and ensure all components are in good working order before each ride.
2.1 Important Safety Warnings
- Always ensure the chin strap is securely fastened.
- Never modify the helmet's structure or components.
- Replace the helmet after any impact, even if visible damage is not apparent.
- Do not use harsh chemicals for cleaning, as they may damage the helmet materials.
- Ensure visors are clean and free from obstructions for clear vision.

4. Setup
4.1 Initial Helmet Inspection
Before first use, inspect the helmet for any signs of damage from shipping. Ensure the outer and inner visors operate smoothly and the chin strap buckle functions correctly.
4.2 Bluetooth Unit Installation and Charging
The Bluetooth unit is integrated into the helmet. Before first use, fully charge the unit using the provided USB cable. Connect the cable to the charging port (2) on the Bluetooth unit and a suitable USB power source. The charging indicator (red) will illuminate during charging and turn off when fully charged.

4.3 Bluetooth Pairing
- Power On: Press and hold the Power On/Off button (1) until the wireless indication (blue) flashes.
- Pairing Mode: The unit will automatically enter pairing mode.
- Connect Device: On your mobile device, enable Bluetooth and search for available devices. Select the helmet's Bluetooth name (e.g., "GUENZO Helmet") to connect.
- Confirmation: A voice prompt or a steady blue light will indicate successful pairing.
5. Operation
5.1 Basic Bluetooth Functions
- Power On/Off: Press and hold button (1).
- Play/Pause Music: Press the Multi-Function button (3).
- Answer/Hang Up Call: Press the Multi-Function button (3).
- Volume Up: Press button (8).
- Volume Down: Press button (7).
- Next Song: Press and hold button (8).
- Previous Song: Press and hold button (7).
- Voice Assistant: Short press button (7).
5.2 Intercom Function
The helmet supports person-to-person intercom communication up to 300 meters.
- Initiate Intercom: Press the Intercom button (6) to start communication with another paired helmet.
- End Intercom: Press the Intercom button (6) again to end the intercom session.

5.3 Visor Usage
- Outer Visor: Lift or lower the clear outer visor as needed for protection from wind and debris.
- Inner Sun Visor: Use the lever on the side of the helmet to retract or deploy the tinted inner sun visor for sun glare protection.
- Modular Chin Guard: To flip up the chin guard, locate the release button (usually at the front center of the chin bar) and press it while lifting the chin bar upwards. To close, push the chin bar down until it securely latches.

6. Maintenance
6.1 Cleaning the Helmet Shell
Clean the outer shell with a soft cloth and mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that can damage the finish or materials.
6.2 Visor Care
Clean visors with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap. Do not use paper towels or harsh chemicals, as they can scratch the visor surface. Allow to air dry.
6.3 Removable Liner Care
The helmet's inner lining is removable and washable. Gently detach the lining components. Hand wash with mild soap and cold water, then air dry completely before reinserting into the helmet.

7. Troubleshooting
- Bluetooth Not Connecting: Ensure the helmet's Bluetooth unit is charged and in pairing mode. Check your device's Bluetooth settings and try reconnecting. If issues persist, try restarting both devices.
- No Audio: Verify the volume levels on both the helmet and your connected device. Ensure the speaker/microphone interface (4) is properly connected.
- Intercom Issues: Ensure both helmets are within the 300m range and properly paired for intercom communication.
- Visor Sticking: Clean the visor pivot points and ensure no debris is obstructing movement. Do not force the visor.
