Setup Instructions
- Charge the Receiver: Connect the rechargeable receiver to a power source using the provided USB-C charging cable. The receiver takes approximately 2.5 hours for a full charge and provides about 4.5 hours of working time.
- Install Microphone Batteries: Each wireless microphone requires 2 AA alkaline batteries. Open the battery compartment at the bottom of each microphone and insert the 2 AA batteries (included), ensuring correct polarity.
- Connect the Receiver: Plug the 6.35mm receiver directly into the 'MIC' input jack of your audio device (e.g., Karaoke Machine, Audio Amplifier, PA System, Mixer, Voice Amplifier). If your device has a 3.5mm 'MIC' input, use the included 3.5mm adapter. Note: This system is only compatible with 3.5mm or 6.35mm 'MIC' jacks and cannot be plugged into 'AUX' jacks. It does not support Bluetooth connections to phones, computers, or tablets.

Troubleshooting
- No Sound from Microphone:
- Ensure both the microphone and receiver have sufficient power. Check the LCD screen on the microphone for battery status.
- Verify that the receiver is connected to an audio device with a 'MIC' input (3.5mm or 6.35mm).
- If there is still no sound, re-pair the microphone and receiver:
1. Turn off both the receiver and the microphone.
2. Press and hold the channel adjustment button and the power button on the microphone simultaneously until the antenna icon on the display starts to flash.
3. Within 2 seconds, quickly press the receiver's power button to turn it on. The devices should re-pair and be ready for use.
- Interference or Poor Signal:
- Ensure the microphones are on separate channels if using two simultaneously.
- Reduce the distance between the microphones and the receiver.
- Avoid obstacles that may block the signal.
- Check for other wireless devices operating on similar frequencies nearby.
