Setup

Inflation (Air)

Water Filling (Cooling Function)

Operating Instructions

Adjusting Firmness

Cleaning

Storage

When not in use for extended periods, it is recommended to deflate the cushion (and drain any water) and store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and sharp objects. The cushion can be folded compactly for easy storage and transport in its carry bag.

Troubleshooting

• Cushion deflates quickly: Check that the inflation valve cap is securely closed. Inspect the cushion for any punctures or tears. If a small puncture is found, a repair kit (not included) may be used, or contact customer support.
• Cushion feels too hard/soft: Adjust the air pressure using the inflation pump or release button until the desired firmness is achieved.
• No cooling effect: Ensure the cushion is filled with sufficiently cold or ice water. The cooling effect will diminish as the water warms up. Drain and refill with fresh cold water.
• Cushion slides on seat: Ensure the non-slip bottom of the cushion is clean and in full contact with the seating surface.
