4. Getting Started

4.1 Powering On and Temperature Selection

1. Ensure your hair is dry and detangled before use.
2. Plug the appliance into a suitable electrical outlet. The LED display will illuminate.
3. Press and hold the power button for a few seconds to turn on the brush.
4. Press the power button repeatedly to cycle through the 9 available temperature settings (280°F-400°F). The LED display will show the selected temperature.
5. Allow the brush to heat up for approximately 30 seconds until it reaches the desired temperature.

5. Operating Instructions

Always ensure your hair is clean, dry, and free of tangles before styling. For best results, apply a heat protectant spray.

5.1 General Styling Tips

• Work with small sections of hair for more effective styling.
• Hold the brush firmly by the handle. Avoid touching the heated barrel or bristles directly.
• Move the brush slowly and steadily through your hair.

5.2 For Straightening and Smoothing

1. Take a section of hair and place the brush near the roots.
2. Slowly glide the brush downwards through the hair section, from roots to ends.
3. Repeat until the desired smoothness is achieved.

5.3 For Curling and Volumizing

1. Take a section of hair and place the brush underneath it, near the roots.
2. Wrap the hair section around the barrel, away from your face, or towards your face for different curl patterns.
3. Hold for a few seconds (5-10 seconds, depending on hair type and desired curl intensity).
4. Gently release the hair by unwrapping or sliding the brush out.
5. For added volume, lift the hair at the roots with the brush and hold for a few seconds before releasing.

6. Maintenance and Care

6.1 Cleaning

1. Always unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
2. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe down the handle and barrel.
3. Carefully remove any hair tangled in the bristles using your fingers or a small brush.
4. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.

6.2 Storage

• Ensure the brush is completely cool and dry before storing.
• Store the appliance in a safe, dry location, away from moisture and direct sunlight.
