  1. Design Preparation: Create or import your design using the provided software. Ensure the design is mirrored for transfer.

  4. Powder Application: Immediately after printing, apply DTF powder adhesive evenly onto the wet ink on the film. Gently shake off any excess powder.
  5. Video: PUNEHOD A4 DTF Printer, DTF Transfer Printing Machine. This video illustrates the full DTF printing process, including applying adhesive powder to the wet print and curing it in the oven.

  6. Powder Curing (Oven): Place the film with the applied powder into the A4 DTF oven. Heat the film to melt the adhesive powder. Suggested temperature is 115°C (239°F) for 120 seconds.
  7. Heat Transfer (Press): Preheat your heat press machine to the required temperature (suggested 300°F). Place the garment on the heat press, position the cured film onto the garment, and press for 20-30 seconds.
  8. Peeling: Allow the film to cool slightly, then peel off the film. The design should now be transferred onto the fabric. For durability, reheat for 15 seconds.
