1. Introduction

2. Safety Information

Your safety is paramount. Always adhere to the following guidelines when operating the pressure washer:

  • Never point the spray gun at any person or pet. High-pressure water can cause serious injury.
  • Keep children and unauthorized individuals away from the pressure washer during operation.
  • After turning off the pressure washer, always release any residual pressure by squeezing the gun trigger before disconnecting hoses or nozzles.
  • It is strictly forbidden to operate the machine without water. If the water supply stops during use, immediately shut down the machine. Running the machine without water for more than 1 minute can significantly affect its lifespan and cause damage.
  • The unit features a Safety Lock on the water gun trigger to prevent accidental activation, especially by children. Always engage this lock when not actively spraying.
  • The Total Stop System (TSS) automatically shuts off the pump when the trigger is not engaged, conserving energy and extending the pump's life.

4. Setup

Assembly of your SKONYON pressure washer is quick and requires no special tools.

  1. Attach the Spray Gun and Wand: Connect the metal wand to the spray gun handle. Ensure it slides in and locks securely with a twist.
  2. Install the Gun Holder: Slide the gun holder piece onto the retractable handle bars. This provides convenient storage for the spray gun.
  3. Connect High-Pressure Hose: Attach one end of the 25-foot high-pressure hose to the pressure washer unit and the other end to the spray gun. Tighten connections firmly.
  4. Connect Water Supply: Connect a standard garden hose (not included) to the water inlet on the pressure washer. Ensure the water supply is turned on fully before starting the unit.
  5. Plug in Power Cord: Connect the power cord to a grounded electrical outlet.

5. Operating Instructions

Follow these steps for effective and safe operation:

  1. Prepare for Use: Ensure all connections are secure and the water supply is fully open. Select the appropriate quick-connect nozzle for your task (see Nozzle Selection below).
  2. Power On: Press the power button located on the unit. The touch screen display will illuminate.
  3. Adjust Pressure: Use the touch screen interface to select your desired pressure level. The unit offers 15 adjustable pressure levels, categorized into three modes: Soft, Medium, and Hard. Use the '+' and '-' buttons to fine-tune the pressure within each mode.
  4. Begin Cleaning: Disengage the safety lock on the spray gun and squeeze the trigger to start the water flow. Maintain a safe distance from the surface being cleaned, adjusting as needed.
  5. Using the Foam Cannon: Fill the included detergent tank with appropriate pressure washer detergent. Attach the foam cannon nozzle. The unit will mix the detergent with water to create a rich foam for enhanced cleaning, especially for vehicles.
  6. To Stop: Release the spray gun trigger. The Total Stop System (TSS) will automatically shut off the pump. Engage the safety lock on the spray gun.
  7. After Use: Turn off the power switch on the unit, then turn off the water supply. Squeeze the spray gun trigger to release any remaining pressure in the system before disconnecting hoses.
