5. Setup

Attaching Handles

The polisher offers three handle configurations for optimal comfort and control:

  1. No-Handle: For precise work in confined spaces.
  2. Side-Handle: Screws into either side of the gear housing for left or right-handed use.
  3. D-Handle: Attaches to the top of the gear housing for two-handed operation and increased leverage.

Securely fasten the chosen handle(s) using the provided screws and hex wrench.

Attaching Polishing Pads

The polisher uses a hook-and-loop (Velcro-style) system for attaching pads. Ensure the backing pad is clean before attaching any polishing or sanding disc.

  1. Select the appropriate backing pad (6-inch or 7-inch) and securely attach it to the polisher spindle.
  2. Align the desired sponge pad, wool pad, or sandpaper disc with the backing pad.
  3. Press firmly to ensure a secure attachment.

6. Operating Instructions

Powering On and Speed Adjustment

  1. Ensure the polisher is connected to a suitable power outlet (110 Volts AC).
  2. Set the variable speed dial to the lowest setting (1).
  3. Press the power switch to turn on the tool.
