Troubleshooting

Here are solutions to common issues you might encounter:

ProblemPossible CauseSolution
Motor not assisting / Pedal assist not engagingLow battery, loose connection, sensor issue, or temporary system glitch.Ensure battery is charged and properly seated. Check all cable connections. Try "burping" the throttle (briefly engaging and disengaging) to re-engage pedal assist. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
Unusual noise from suspensionNew suspension settling, or minor oil residue. This can be normal during initial use. Avoid excessive "springing" of the suspension immediately after assembly. If noise or oil leakage is significant or persistent, contact customer support.
Brakes feel weak or inconsistentWorn brake pads, misaligned calipers, or cable tension issues.Inspect brake pads for wear and replace if necessary. Check caliper alignment. Adjust brake cable tension. If unsure, consult a professional bike mechanic or customer support.
Battery not chargingCharger not connected properly, faulty charger, or battery issue.Ensure charger is securely plugged into both the bike and the wall outlet. Check for any damage to the charger or charging port. The charger has a built-in cut-off, so ensure it's not just indicating a full charge. If the problem continues, contact customer support.
