Setup Instructions

The COBIZI 10x30 Pop Up Canopy is designed for tool-free installation. Two people are recommended for efficient setup.

1. Unpack and Position the Frame: Remove the folded frame from the wheeled storage bag. Place the frame in the desired setup location.
2. Partially Extend the Frame: With a person on each end, pull the alloy steel frame outwards to about 60% of its full extension.
3. Attach the Canopy Top: Drape the 10'x30' canopy top cover over the partially extended frame. Secure the fabric to the frame using the attached Velcro straps at each corner and along the trusses.
4. Fully Extend the Frame: Continue pulling the frame outwards until it is fully extended and the top clicks into place.
5. Lock the Locking Mechanism: At each straight leg, locate the thumb latch lock system. Press the button and push the crossbars upwards until they lock securely into place.
6. Adjust Leg Height: Press the thumb button on each leg and extend the inner leg to the desired height setting. Ensure all legs are set to the same height for stability.
7. Secure the Canopy: Attach the provided ropes to the canopy corners and stake them into the ground. Fill the sandbags with sand and attach them to the canopy legs for additional stability.

Operating Instructions

Your COBIZI canopy offers adjustable height settings and robust securing options for various outdoor conditions.

Height Adjustment

The canopy features 3 height settings for its straight legs, allowing you to customize the clearance and overall height. To adjust:

1. Locate the thumb button on each leg.
2. Press the thumb button to release the locking pin.
3. Carefully raise or lower the inner leg to the desired height.
4. Ensure the locking pin re-engages into one of the three holes (220cm/86.6inch, 230cm/90.5inch, 240cm/94.5inch) and is securely locked.
5. Repeat for all legs, ensuring they are all at the same height for stability.

Securing the Canopy

For optimal stability and safety, especially in windy conditions, always secure your canopy using the provided accessories.

• Ropes and Ground Nails: Use the ropes to tie down the canopy corners to the ground nails, pulling taut to create tension.
• Sandbags: Fill the four sandbags with sand and attach them to the base of each leg for added weight and stability.

Maintenance and Care

Proper maintenance will extend the life of your COBIZI canopy.

Cleaning

• Clean the canopy fabric with mild soap and water. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Rinse thoroughly and allow the fabric to air dry completely before folding and storing.

Storage

When not in use, or during adverse weather conditions, disassemble the canopy and store it in the provided wheeled storage bag. Ensure the fabric is dry to prevent mold and mildew.

• The canopy is designed to withstand up to 4 winds (less than 18 mph). Disassemble and store the canopy during strong winds, heavy rain, or snow.
• The 500D PU Oxford Cloth with two layers of PU coating provides UPF 50+ UV protection and is 100% waterproof with 1500mm waterproof pressure.
