3. Setup and First Use
Unpacking
- Carefully remove all packaging materials from the air fryer.
- Check that all components are present and undamaged.
- Remove any stickers or labels from the appliance.
Initial Cleaning
- Wipe the exterior of the air fryer with a damp cloth.
- Wash the air fryer basket and crisping tray with hot, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. These parts are also dishwasher safe.

Placement
- Place the air fryer on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface.
- Ensure there is at least 4 inches (10 cm) of clear space around the back and sides of the appliance for proper ventilation.

First Use (Pre-heating)
It is recommended to run the air fryer empty for about 10 minutes before cooking food for the first time to eliminate any manufacturing odors.
- Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
- Set the temperature to 400°F (200°C) and the timer to 10 minutes.
- A slight odor may be present during this initial use; this is normal and will dissipate.
- Once the timer finishes, unplug the appliance and let it cool down.
4. Operating Instructions
Cooking with Your Air Fryer
- Place the crisping tray inside the air fryer basket.
- Place your ingredients into the air fryer basket. Do not overfill the basket to ensure even cooking.
- Slide the air fryer basket back into the main unit until it clicks securely into place.
- Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
- Turn the temperature control dial to your desired cooking temperature (175°F - 400°F).
- Turn the timer control dial to the desired cooking time (1 - 30 minutes). The air fryer will begin heating immediately. The power and heating indicator lights will illuminate.
- For best results, shake the basket halfway through the cooking time for items like fries or nuggets. To do this, carefully pull out the basket, shake it, and then slide it back in. The air fryer will resume cooking.
- When the timer reaches zero, the air fryer will automatically shut off, and a bell will sound. The heating indicator light will turn off.
- Carefully pull out the basket and place it on a heat-resistant surface.
- Remove cooked food using tongs or a spatula. Avoid using metal utensils that could scratch the nonstick coating.
- Unplug the air fryer after use and allow it to cool before cleaning.

Cleaning After Each Use
