Setup and Initial Use

1. Setting the Time

  1. Pull the crown out to the furthest position (position 3).
  2. Turn the crown clockwise or counter-clockwise to move the hour and minute hands to the desired time.
  3. Push the crown back in to its normal position (position 1) to start the watch.

2. Setting the Date

  1. Pull the crown out to the middle position (position 2).
  2. Turn the crown clockwise or counter-clockwise until the correct date appears in the date window.
  3. Push the crown back in to its normal position (position 1).
  4. Note: Avoid setting the date between 9 PM and 3 AM, as this may interfere with the date change mechanism.

3. Activating Indiglo® Night-Light

Operating the Chronograph

Your watch features a chronograph function for precise time measurement.

  1. Starting the Chronograph: Press the top pusher to start the chronograph. The chronograph second hand will begin to move.
  2. Stopping the Chronograph: Press the top pusher again to stop the chronograph. The elapsed time will be indicated by the chronograph hands.
  3. Resetting the Chronograph: After stopping, press the bottom pusher to reset all chronograph hands to their zero positions.
  4. Split Time Function: This model may not feature a split time function. For advanced chronograph features, consult the full Timex manual.
