3. Setup
3.1 Unboxing and Initial Inspection
Carefully remove the NIXBOT QP5 from its packaging. Inspect the device for any signs of damage. Ensure all components listed in the packing list are present.

3.2 Charging the Device
Before first use, fully charge the NIXBOT QP5. The device features a Lithium Polymer battery (11.99 Volts, 4500 Watt Hours). Charging time is approximately 4 hours.
- Ensure the charging port on the device is dry and free of debris.
- Connect the charger to the device and then to a power outlet.
- The indicator light will show charging status (refer to the device's LED indicators for specific colors/patterns).
- Once fully charged, disconnect the charger and securely close the charging port cover to prevent water ingress.

3.3 Preparing for Operation
Before placing the cleaner in the pool, ensure the filter basket is clean and properly installed. The device is designed for easy one-click activation.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Powering On and Selecting Cleaning Mode
The NIXBOT QP5 offers multiple cleaning modes to suit your pool's needs.
- Press the power button to turn on the device.
- Select your desired cleaning mode using the mode selection buttons:
- Auto Mode: The cleaner intelligently adapts its cleaning path based on battery level, performing wall and waterline cleaning when above 50% battery, floor cleaning between 15-50%, and self-parking below 15%.
- Wall Only Mode: Focuses on cleaning pool walls and waterlines.
- Floor Only Mode: Concentrates on cleaning the pool floor.
- Classic Mode: Provides a standard, comprehensive cleaning cycle.
- Place the cleaner into the water. It will begin operating immediately.

4.2 Smart Navigation and Wall Climbing
The NIXBOT QP5 utilizes advanced sensors and AI algorithms for real-time pool mapping, obstacle avoidance, and optimized cleaning paths. Its powerful motors enable effective wall climbing and waterline scrubbing.

5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning the Filter Basket
To maintain optimal cleaning performance, clean the filter basket after each use.
- Retrieve the NIXBOT QP5 from the pool using the provided hook or by hand.
- Open the top cover to access the debris basket.
- Remove the basket and empty collected debris.
- Rinse the basket thoroughly with a hose to remove fine particles.
- Reinstall the clean filter basket and close the top cover securely.

5.2 Storage
When not in use, store the NIXBOT QP5 in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures, to prolong its lifespan.
6. Troubleshooting
- Cleaner not turning on: Ensure the battery is fully charged. Check that the power button is pressed correctly.
- Poor cleaning performance: Clean the filter basket thoroughly. Check for any obstructions in the suction ports or brushes.
- Cleaner not moving or getting stuck: Ensure the pool floor is free of large obstacles. The smart navigation system should help avoid most obstructions. If it repeatedly gets stuck, manually reposition it.
- Cleaner not climbing walls: Ensure the pool walls are not excessively slippery with algae. The battery level might be too low for wall climbing (refer to Auto Mode behavior).
