2. Setup Instructions
Careful assembly is crucial for the stability and longevity of your party tent. It is recommended that at least 2-4 people assist with the assembly due to the size and weight of the components.
2.1 Component Identification
Before beginning assembly, unpack all components and identify them using the parts list (not provided in this document, refer to your physical manual). Ensure all parts are present and undamaged.

This diagram highlights the robust construction of the tent frame, featuring 1.5" (37mm) galvanized steel tubes, 1.6" (41mm) galvanized steel connectors, roof support beams, reinforced corner bars, and reinforced ground bars for enhanced stability.
2.2 Site Preparation
- Select a flat, level area free from obstructions, sharp objects, or overhead power lines.
- Ensure the chosen site can accommodate the tent's dimensions of approximately 20 feet (6 meters) by 40 feet (11.98 meters), with a peak height of 10.5 feet (3.2 meters).

This image provides a visual representation of the tent's overall dimensions: 39.3 ft (11.98 m) in length, 19.7 ft (6 m) in width, and 10.5 ft (3.2 m) in height. It emphasizes the importance of measuring your intended setup site.
2.3 Frame Assembly
- Connect the galvanized steel tubes using the appropriate connectors as per your manual's diagrams. Ensure all connections are secure.
- Gradually erect the frame, ensuring all roof support beams, corner bars, and ground bars are correctly installed.
2.4 Canopy and Sidewall Installation
- Drape the PE canopy over the assembled frame, ensuring it is centered and taut. Secure it to the frame using the provided fasteners.
- Attach the removable window sidewalls and end panels. The tent includes 12 removable window sidewalls for flexible configuration.
2.5 Anchoring
- Secure the tent to the ground using the provided ground stakes and guy ropes. Ensure all 4 guylines are properly tensioned.
- For increased stability, especially in areas prone to wind, consider using additional heavy-duty screw anchors or weights (not included).
3. Operating Instructions
The Outsunny party tent is designed for versatility and ease of use for various outdoor events.
3.1 Configuration Options

This image illustrates the versatility of the tent, allowing users to remove some or all of the 12 window sidewalls to create an open-air canopy or an enclosed space as needed.
- The tent features 12 removable window sidewalls, allowing you to customize the enclosure based on weather conditions or event requirements.
- Two extra-wide zippered doors (175.2" x 76.8" / 445 x 195cm) provide convenient access for guests and equipment.

This image demonstrates the generous size of the two zippered doors, making entry and exit easy for multiple people simultaneously.
3.2 Canopy Protection

This diagram illustrates the protective qualities of the tent's PE canopy, highlighting its water-resistant, tear-resistant, and UPF30+ ultraviolet light protection features.
- The UPF30+ 170gsm PE canopy provides protection against sun and light rain, blocking up to 97% of harmful UV rays.
- The tent can accommodate up to 80 guests or serve as a two-car carport, offering a spacious and airy environment with a 10.5' (3.2m) ceiling height.
4. Maintenance
Regular maintenance will extend the life and appearance of your Outsunny party tent.
- Cleaning the Canopy: Clean the polyethylene (PE) canopy with mild soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, which can damage the material. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry completely before storage.
- Frame Inspection: Periodically inspect the galvanized steel frame for any signs of rust, bending, or damage. Tighten any loose connections. Replace damaged parts immediately.
- Storage: When not in use, disassemble the tent and store all components in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. It is recommended to use storage bags for individual components to prevent loss or damage.
5. Troubleshooting
This section addresses common issues you might encounter with your party tent.
- Tent Instability / Wind Damage:
- Ensure all guy ropes are taut and securely anchored to the ground.
- Verify that all ground stakes are fully inserted and holding firm.
- For high wind conditions, additional heavy-duty screw anchors or sandbags/weights are strongly recommended. The provided stakes may not be sufficient in all conditions.
- Avoid using the tent in strong winds or severe weather.
- Poles Bending or Breaking:
- Ensure the frame is assembled correctly according to the manual, with all connections tight.
- Do not apply excessive force during assembly.
- This issue often occurs due to inadequate anchoring in windy conditions. Refer to the wind resistance advice above.
- Water Pooling on Canopy / Leakage:
- Ensure the canopy is stretched tightly over the frame to prevent water from pooling.
- Check for any tears or punctures in the canopy material. Small tears can be repaired with a suitable patch kit.
- Verify that all seams are properly sealed.
